The locals in Meghalaya are very clean n tidy. Unfortunate that tourists comes n leaves trash. Hundreds of eco friendly bins r place everywhere in these tourists spots in Meghalaya yet people leaves trash. Even if bin is not there they should take it back in their bags n not throw anything. This mentality needs to change specially the tourists

True. When we went on picnic in 2019 last time. We saw so many plastics and chicken furs spread everywhere, at that spot. Also we ourselves threw our leftovers and plastics there. I am kind of introvert. So I didn't dare to tell them about that. Anyway, they would have just make fun of me. No one listen to kids. Whenever I tell my friends about cleaniness, the need of sanitation, they just avoid it or just make fun of me. Most Teenagers don't really care to do something for such problems. Small kids are better. Parents should teach and make the kids practice these things since young age.

+SAURABH KUMAR Well most of us northeast indians are glad that mainland indians are unaware of our incredible places in northeast, not being offensive i have seen when mainland indians visit, they litter everywhere(not saying everyone, but most of them). I myself have encountered such incidents many times, recently i scolded a family(punjabi probably) when i saw them throwing plastic cups in the road instead of disposing them in the litter box. Cleanliness is our second nature and first priority in northeast india, other indians should try to respect that.
@@vikkin1031 I dont think all the North easterns states are clean as same as meghalaya, & yes I have seen them littering all around in mainland(not alll, but some) but we never stop them doing that bc they got offended easily so we let cleaners to clean that.
@@vikkin1031 100% true ,We lack behind in hygiene and cleanliness ,And we have very poor manners (not all) There was one incident where a family of Indians visit 5star properties In Singapore and while checking out they stole the hotel towel, cutleries,Soaps and whatever they could find and in reception they were caught red handed and instead of apologizing ,They were bragging about Money they have and proudly arguing to repay

Meghalaye has the most cleanest villages on the planet, according to official records, but no place in the world is 100% clean, trash is everywhere, but don't worry they clean this place every week.

This fall is in short as everybody know we call it weisawdong fall but because of dry season the water is getting less.This guy here is well known to me coz he stayed 5 days in our guesthouse he is a good guy cool man very friendly in nature and we missed him so much especially my son Bansain.He love him so much till now he keep asking me when will he come back coz he's so crazy about the drone and the bike.Piere where ever you are we will aways remember you a moment to remember from our family.we miss you from Inn shots guesthouse

Yes, It was not because of Border dispute, it was most probably because of a fight between illegal timber smuggler and man in uniform. But unfortunately as some villagers were dead so there was tense situation? By the way let's not discuss it.

If you follow the good road after Weisawdong there are 7 waterfalls till you reach the junction on the Shillong- Sohra road. And if you proceed further south from Weisawdong, there are two more falls.
Also I hope you also did the Mawryngkhang Bamboo Trek on the route to Dawki and Shnongpdeng. Its the most special place that Meghalaya has to offer and this is the best season to do it. Another good point would be the hike to the top of Nohkalikai falls in Sohra.

Frenchy, we need this channel to grow! It's disheartening to see random vloggers going around the same cliche places like Old Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and gaining subscribers just like that. As your subscribers you have all our support. However, some additional points that might help you increase your outreach.
1) Consider putting a bigger flag of India in the thumbnail, gets more attention while scrolling (Indians, assemble :p)
2) Start putting out reels on insta of your drone shots or experiences with the locals. I've seen many vloggers and hands down you have the best Hindi skills 😅
3) You used to put out shorts earlier, start doing that again
4) As cliche as it may sound, I've started recommending your vlogs to some 'Reaction Channels'. Hopefully, that should help you reach a wider audience (don't give a copyright strike :p)

Apart from majestic places like this in meghalaya you should visit mechuka, tawang, anini in arunachal pradesh...feels like traveling tibet right in northeast...
Asaphila-Taksing , Tuting-Geling , Walong-Kibithoo, of AP as well. . Those places boast several beautiful mountains offering jaw-dropping views.
How is the road there?
@@oo-lu2rc only Tawang Circuit is relatively good but others are just pure Raw. Paradise for off-road riders , 😂 those who complete all the 13 circuits of the Frontier state will be acknowledged as the Pro Rider.

The place is known as SOHRA, not Cherrapunjee. Please do the necessary correction. Do not comment blindly.
The first fall is called " kshaid daiñthleiñ"
And sohra is better to visit in monsoon season, you'll get better view of waterfalls . Instead of winters, in winters most waterfalls are dry.
