It's a shame they didn't do more with naval battles. Especially for multiplayer. Also surprised they picked a battle with Shok and Zui over Akagi and Kaga.

That's a great game, but I don't understand anything :D
You have to place mines for enemy ships then you have to send aircrafts to defeat enemy fighter aircrafts and to protect your ships, then you send bombers aircraft to target enemy ships, for 3 golden stars you have to move fast and precise, if i want to make just one golden star this mission take 20-30 minutes and i lose many ships =)
I saved all ships and all enemy ships were destroyed by air but only 2 stars. Next time with mines ) Thank you
If you move your fleet to the bottom right of the map, and you keep laying mines, you can kill off all the ships that's chasing you with mines beside the carrier. You don't even need to engage and of course you don't lose any ships, not even planes. AI is not very smart in this game.
With eight gold snappers, three gold star is a must.
Yes but you don't have time to move the fleet in right corner, the 2 big ships are moving slow and you need time to position the small ships to fire torpilos and to cover area with many airplanes
Geoweb35 You do, press "Enter" to pulse the game when the title of the mission shows up, then move your troops, you will be at the bottom right conner before the enemy.
It’s possible, just a lot of managing. Grouping all eight ships to lay mines is good. While you have the separate 2 carriers in groups sending in fighters covering your ships laying mines. *I send the first bombers on the little ships on the right to kill the small ships.* And soon as the eight ships meet the cruiser you launch all torpedos at it and it dies simply. Might loose a ship or so. But both works fine. (:
Any ideas on how to.did this on ps4 , it keeps crashing .

how do you use torpedo bombers?
the tutorial is not helpful and I have trouble visualizing how well they did
I only notice them shooting my own ships
Choose torpedo bombers and place target marker on the water where you want the torpedo to be droped in the direction of the enemy ship.
This mission is very hard for me, not just because of how rediculous the mechanics were but also the Japanese quote.
God, its sentence is so horrible that my ear bleed.
You have to practice, try again, 3 stars is hard to make 😃

Why would you pick the army doctrine for the naval level?
For mines
Geoweb35 I get that you would pick it for mines but for me at least it would make sense to use the naval doctrine in a naval level.
