    Sir mujhe 1-2 mahine hue he kuch dino se mere left hand ke wrist me pain ho rha he Jab koi forearm ki exercise karta hu to flextion me to thik he par extention ke liye train karta hu to wrist me se kat kat ki aawaz aati he mene isko ignore kara he and jab me left hand se arm wrestling karta hu to ready go ke baad jab me hook lekar khelta hu tab hook lete time bhi kat kat ki aawaz aati he wrist se or iss wajah se mere se zyada weak bande se me haar gya jabki mere strong bando ko me hara deta hu left hand me to sir kuch bataye wrist ke liye kya karna sahi rahega.
