It seemed to me Saturn did the eye attack that previously killed a marine on Luffy. I think Lucci might be self projecting his own fear of the government willing to sacrifice him to kill the strawhats though it would be interesting if the reason the fight has gone on this long is cause he has been trying to get Zoro to understand his hints but Zoro is just being oblivious lol.
Oh wow! I didn’t even think about the eye attack! Now I need to go reread the chapter! If Saturn did that, now I’m wondering why he did not do that to Devon.
Remember that Sanji mentioned "the power of love" many times and even Vegapunk said it a few chapters ago (about the Buccaneers power). Is not just a cheesy line, is actually plot relevant.

I think Caribou is the Blackbeard Pirates' version of Bartolomeo (ie. crazy fanboy) and is probably going to give intel on the Strawhats to them.
And yeah, I'm fully expecting Bart vs. Caribou in the final war.

Catarina Devon's fruit allows her to take the appearance of other people, just like Bon Clay, but better. During the interludes of the Wano arc, we saw her take Absalom's appearance when Gecko Moria had pulled up on Black Beard's turf. So if we assume her DF works similarly to Bon Clay's, then all she needed was to touch Saturn, which would allow her to impersonate him in the future, meaning BB just got a crazy tool. We however still don't know if abilities and memories can be mimicked, cuz if that's the case, BB got even crazier.
Caribou gives big Barto vibes, so I'm sure he's genuine about BB, and if that's the case, then the certain someone he wanted to talk to about the ancient weapons was most likely him, not that he knew him, but that he thought he would appreciate that type of info, just like Barto tried to get Ace's fruit for Luffy because he thought he would apprciate that. With Devon's abilities, Van Augur's statement about BB waning the world and Caribou's knowledge of two ancient weapons, this chapter truly confirmed that BB is going to be the final boss of OP. As usual, a phenomenal chapter.

Devon has the ability to copy the appearance and voice of anyone she can touch,she can even replicate their clothes so her fruit is basically the combination of Kinemon and Bon Clays fruit
Bonney manipulates Luffy like she's known him for years.
Devon's power is a stronger version of Bon Clay's clone DF. She faked being Absalom when Moria came to fight Blackbeard. The tap means she copied Saturn's identity. She can now sneak into Mariejois and attack Imy or maybe steal the big strawhat.
One of the giant pirates had a sun tattoo on his arm. I wonder if they recognized Nika in Luffy's new wanted poster.

Sanji power ups is always emotionally driven
He said that his fire ability is his passion Oda also said that in Sbs questions and answers
Now he is calling his germa ability the power of love
Because he also activate it through emotions
You need to think about it like an upgrade version of passion
Because love is stronger deeper and gentler than passion
This makes that line make A LOT more sense now! I love that Oda put that in an SBS! It makes the line have more legitimacy and substance to it!

He asked him if the fire is from Judge's enhancements and that human can't do that, only Lunarian can, Sanji said: I do, it's the heat of my passion
A lot of people in one piece community call that bullshit and it has to be from genetic enhancements, but I really believe Oda's words
I really love the idea of him getting his powers from his emotions because at the end of the day his mother sacrificed herself to give him emotions, that being the reason why he is so strong is very beautiful might be the most beautiful thing Oda did to Sanji
In regards to Nika- there definitely is influence to Luffy’s personality, however I think Nika picked Luffy as his will aligns best with his own and so the change is small (makes him basically giggly drunk). Zoans have a will of their own and we know awakening is the symbolic resonance between the two wills. Plus Joyboy wouldn’t be Joyboy if he wasn’t ALWAYS laughing and dancing and having a good time. Him being serious wouldn’t be right
Your idea of Nika picking Luffy personally is soooo sweet to me!! It makes me have a much more accepting perspective of Nika now!

Blackbeard now has someone who has almost total control of the pacifistas and seraphim (besides bonney). I’m expecting Catarina to find S-Bear and (as Saturn) attempt to use him. Also Lucci is projecting HARD. He’s the dead weight for the government.

If anyone else comes based on 'news', then it would look so badly on Dragon and revolutionaries. He might be further away, but I expect Dragon to have people everywhere. I would say that Shanks told giants about egghead, he seems to have intel on everyone

Hey Amber, how has it been. I hope your day has been well. Thus was a great chapter. A nice Law and Bepo cover page. Grogy the Red Orge, Dorry the Blue Orge, Kashi, and Oimo( Enies Lobby) are attacking the marines. To which leaves Usopp excited since he trained to be a great warrior of the sea.
We great a fresher story of the Giant Pirates. We get a refresher on the Giant Pirates. As the world was terrorized by the group led by co-captains Dorry and Brogy. Their crew would disband after they got into a certain quarrel. As the Strawhats helped them after their century long duel ended after they defeated Baroque Works agents number 3 and 5. After that, they approached an island they encountered and befriended Oimo and Kashi, who set out to find their captains.
Brook calls Nami to let her know he and Lilith are approaching their location. As Lilith informed Nami of her plan. Meanwhile, Jimbe is still looking for Zoro. The Marines ships are being taken down in which makes the total of 30. As the Marines are still fighting the Pacifista.
It was awesome to see Bonney is in tears after waiting for so long for Nika. As Luffy continues to punch Saturn. As Luffy, i asked her what that flumsy punch she tried earlier as she explained she was going for a rubbery attack like him as she asked him to show her how it was done. As Bonney ask Luffy to make Saturn pay for what he did to Vegapunk as Saturn calls them cockroaches who don't deserve to live. As Luffy agrees to Bonney, plea. As Luffy uses his Gatling move on Saturn.
Kizaru tries to kill Bonney and Vegapunk but is stopped by Sanji. To which leads Kizaru is shocked as Franky, who stated that was a laser. As Sanji responded, "Light doesn't hold a candle to love." As the others leave while Luffy and Sanji stay to fend off Kizaru and Saturn. This led to a shocking surprise of the arrival of the Black Beard Pirates of Van Auger and Catarina Devon. In which I thought Black Beard would be there in your live stream chapter 1103.
As the two leave, they are stopped by Caribou. Because he has been looking for them. His set sail to meet his idol/hero, who's Black Beard (who reminds me of Bartholomo Dressrosa), who dream of being his lackey and wish to join the crew. This was an insane chapter to end on.
