Hello Ken great work as usual. I have been following your work from the US for a minute. Keep up the great work. My only concern (blind spot) is that for a person in the diaspora WHY would they invest in Zim versus here. The price points make it difficult for us to justify investing home. There is so much capital here but the way things are set up make it difficult. Maybe a podcast on this is in order.
