The lack of points for making a larger space station has a variant: All players get points for EACH of their tiles (turned ON) based on where the markers are placed at the end of the game. Example: Water is on 4 and player A has 6 face-up water modules: 24 points. This encourages diversity of colors to manage and rewards a different strategic direction.
Seems like an unpopular opinion, but even while I was attracted to this game because of the gorgeous box art, I do believe the actual game is even more gorgeous. Also didnt sound boring to me, maybe not perfect, but not boring at all.
I understand the reservations - and I wish the scoring was more dynamic / interesting, but my groups had a huge amount of fun with this game. Love the engine building. Love the tough decision of taking a robot / upgrade tile which just gets in the way of the rest of your logistics puzzle. Thumbs up from me!
Vincent Dutrait, guilty of making boring games look amazing solely on cover art!
Your arm getting in the way of the camera is causing the auto-focus to act up. Also: is the lighting darker than usual?
I'm wondering if Tom hadn't played Calimala.
(Also, does an "It's fine" game still rate a DT Approved seal?)
Am I the only one who saw that sci-fi artwork from Vincent Dutrait with the blue/orange color palette and initially thought this was a sequel to Rising 5?
there are several videos on CZcams that point out this blue/orange phenomena on movie posters.
My brother and I thought it looked like the cover art to the other worlds
Well, I do like the artwork.
When i saw the thumbnail i confuse it with another with similar cover. Also sci fi theme, but you where tried to find the card/simbol sequence with an app. I don´t know the name :(
The scoring on the different planets makes me think of Sonora.
It feels a bit like a blown-up 'Ganymede'.
The white pieces are translucent, while the clear pieces are transparent. :/
😴💤
Sounds boring 😬
@@klabjcobevj72nso0fj4 It really does look boring. sorry.
This looked horribly boring. I really didn't like the art work and i donno, the whole thing looks bland.
