you want ceylon cinnamon NOT cassia cinnamon . " cassia cinnamon can lead to liver damage". you can tell the difference because ceylon cinnamon is lighter in color and can effortlessly break with a little pressure and there are multiple thin layers and a sweeter taste VS cassia which is much darker in color and will not give easily when pressure applied , does not have as many multiple layers and also has a hot taste

Not sure if I am helping myself but I have 1 quarter natural rolled oats with a level tsp of cinnamon a pinch of salt a level teaspoon of home ground Flaxseed two dates chopped and half a cup of Blueberries mixed with water boiled until thick. Then eaten with lactose free milk. I live in New Zealand where certain things that may be normal in the agriculture of the United States would not be used here. Our animals roam free sheep, cows chickens and such. So meat is pretty much grass fed and our vegetables in my case are home grown only using organic pesticides. We do not use hormones they are banned here in our meat industry.I thank you for your wonderfully helpful video will send to my family.

@@reasonwhy5030 I am so sorry that your beautiful country has been so affected I guess our advantage and also our problem is our isolation. Gives our governing bodies the ability to enforce the clean green image that most of us here want. However the isolation means that much of what we import is not subject to the kind of attitudes that as a people we like to see and it can make life more expensive.

I have chronic kidney disease and not one doctor has mentioned diet to me. This is the best video that I could’ve watched and I thank you so much! My EGFR is stable in the low 40’s and I was thinking of going on a medication to lower my blood pressure but notice that it is used mainly for congestive heart failure. So glad I listen to this. I am going to go on this diet and be retested in two months before trying any pharmaceuticals thank you doctor, you are amazing at explaining kidney function In such as straightforward manner. I wish doctors would have told me these things before. Very good presentation.

To bring down your BP try this. Take a pinch of organic turmeric n a pinch of pepper in a glass of warm water empty stomach. If your BP goes v high try chewing Pudina leaves. Keep a check on your BP n increase the turmeric slowly to one level teaspoon. Pray n bless all that u do.

My girl has always had an uncanny love of all that has proven to be good for her. On a trip in a restaurant, she, then 5, only wanted "some little trees." Took some tears of her frustration and time to figure out WHAT that meant. PARSLEY. She LOVES it and most greens, which eventually we learn are very good for her specific challenges. NEVER would she pass on parsely. Likely she'd rather have a plate of garnish. If ordering a salad she asks for a LOT more lettuce. Here, vegetables rule.

Parsley, Oregano, and Rosemary are news to me. And, Vit K is one of the harder ones to get. Sounds needed as far as health--particularly with the poysons in our foods, medicines, and drinks! I live in a small climate, so I may have to try to get these online if I cannot find them. I already took ceylon cinnamon powder, turmeric powder(with black pepper), ginger powder, garlic powder plus pills, onion powder, baking soda(directly on foods as an antacid--whereas carbs are acidic), cod liver oil pills, vinegar pills, and clove powder.
I also take One-a-Days, Potassium, Milk Thistle, Beet Root, Cranberry, Magnesiym(2 types--DOUBLE ON THE RDV, because the absorption is fairly low), Zinc, Calcium, Vit C(I WANT A BETTER ON THAN ABSCORBIC ACID), Vit D and K...

      @albertfinney1328 Pƙed 4 dny +2

Interesting note about baking soda. Over past years I've become very aware of many apparent causes of twinges and other irritations and noticed them to coincide with intake of specifics. Most interesting. For instance, a VERY annoying vibrational feeling in the center of the toe pad of my left foot follows eating some specific commercial food group. At other times, different places and different feelings.
Once recognized and intake of those things is stopped, so do those annoying feelings. In recent days, I tried a spoon of baking soda in water, known to quell allergic symptoms, and very quickly the feeling stopped. It is not my intention to eat or do whatever, but to stop the intake, once recognized. Soda seems useful to quell symptoms but avoidance preferable, of course.
Basis for my observations was 5-day Allergy Free by Dr Mandell. I kept a food diary, for me a very brief note about what I did, where I went and ate, and on a facing page any odd feelings--actually symptoms, and over time, how much time, days or weeks, depends on how often strange occurrences happen, then patterns can be seen.
If, for instance, it was a pain or crap in a specific place and that recurred, I could see what might have triggered it.
To me absolutely fascinating. 40 years in, I continue to be impressed. Then I had dreadful brain fog, cleared by a brief fast, just water, which I would now not recommend. Juice may be better and slower. Toxicity in foods is so high. I went from dragging myself about, to literally running and jumping for joy in the street. Then the causes were soon found.
This is about wellness, about elimination of irritants NOT covering symptoms with drugs, so more problems can arise--for profit--the pharma way. I've not been sick a day since and doctors, who'd done NOTHING for me, were first elimination-- for GOOD-- for me and for ever. Awareness goes a very long way. My daughter in grade 5 found Mandell's book for me in a library. What a find, and still it is so NOT easy to come by. I think Alibris may still list it.

This video was sooooo timely and sooo important!!!! Thank You so Much for the priceless information!
I do all of the 12, but have done well below what I should have been doing. I have recently turned up the dial on all of these, since the 15th of Aug 23, just last month, when I experienced an heart attack due to one completely closed artery and one at 95%. Thank God for His grace and a great team of people at Harris Heart Center here in Fort Worth, Tx. I only had to have three stents put in, just a small incision made in my groin area, and only had to stay in the hospital a day and a half. Released in the evening of the 16th. I am sooo soooo blessed and grateful beyond words! Starting my rehab and starting to increase my intake of the proper foods and taking my prescribed meds. As I stated from the beginning, this was so timely and so informative Doc. I will be following your programs and praying for you at the same time. Be Richly Blessed and keep being a blessing, we needed this wonderful information!! Thanks Again!!!

      Hi Elizabeth,
For someone with GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), garlic can often trigger symptoms like heartburn or indigestion. It's generally advised to limit or avoid garlic in your diet to manage GERD symptoms better. This includes garlic in dishes and garlic bread. However, individual reactions can vary, so it might be helpful to monitor your symptoms and consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
      Take care,

To help increase eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), which indicates kidney function, you should focus on a kidney-friendly diet. Here are some dietary tips:
Hydrate Wisely: Drink plenty of water to support kidney function, unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
Reduce Sodium: Limit salt intake to reduce blood pressure and kidney strain.
Choose Lean Proteins: Opt for lean meats, fish, poultry, beans, and legumes, but consume them in moderation.
Eat Fruits and Vegetables: Incorporate a variety of fruits and vegetables, especially those low in potassium and phosphorus (like apples, berries, cabbage, and cauliflower).
Whole Grains: Select whole grains like brown rice, oats, and barley.
Healthy Fats: Use healthy fats, such as those from olive oil, avocados, and nuts, in moderation.
Avoid Processed Foods: Minimize intake of processed and fast foods high in sodium, phosphorus, and unhealthy fats.
Limit Phosphorus and Potassium: If you have advanced kidney disease, limit foods high in these minerals (like bananas, oranges, potatoes, and dairy products).
Always consult with a healthcare provider or a dietitian for a personalized diet plan tailored to your specific health needs and kidney function level.

be careful with all these spices too esp for people with liver problems. too much cinnamon (more than 1 tsp a day) for example can ruin your liver. its not a 1 size fits all remedy.

Im not saying that everything is in your heads and that some of you don't have kidney problems, but before you go worrying yourselves to death please look up the definition of foamy urine and stop freaking out over naturally occurring bubbles that go away in a couple of minutes. 😎✌
