- Christian Horner has very likely found himself in a middle of ‘power shift’ in Red Bull, as closes sources to the Brit report. His supporters inside the team and the structure of the Austrian brand believe that the allegations have nothing to do with Horner’s behavior, as they were made up on unfounded basis and the fact that it’s taking so long to debunk this case speaks volumes as to whether or not they have valid proofs in order to put a solid case against the team principal and the CEO of the racing team. But if this is to be believed, then what is next for Horner, and more importantly - how will Red Bull ‘recover’ from something they have reportedly planned out on their own?

We need to find out more about this inappropriate and controlling behavior. So far, it’s one witness against him. What’s this witness interpretation of inappropriate and controlling behavior? He should not step down. Anyone is innocent until proven guilty.
The accuser is hiding in the shadows .. like a vampire or evil demon .. She ruins his career family and life ,,, and even if proved to be a liar will hide and never be unmasked ..
There should also be a dk pic too 'reportedly' BUT that also has never seen the light, she just allegedly says he sent one but cant prove it.... Which is the easiest way to prove someone did something! Once this is over and Horner is cleared which he will be, he should fire a lot of people.
If recent political events have shown anything it's that these charges can be mocked up easily by an amazingly large group of despicables.

It's sad how many channels make 10 minute videos about this. They all say he is innocent until proven guilty. Yet they all feel it's perfectly alright to make daily videos to keep the accusations going. Just like last year, we had to endure weekly bashing Perez. Even when Red Bull said he is not in danger of losing his seat. Things like facts don't seem to be important enough to make many videos on. It is a never ending effort to trash Red Bull every chance they get. Why am I not a subscriber? Because honesty means everything to me.

I'm sorry, but what credibility has a female employee who remained anonymous while wearing a mask when making her allegations of "controlling behavior"? At this point, in the absence of any further specific information about the allegations, I suspect that Horner is the victim of palace intrigue, a power struggle within the team. As far as his reputation being damaged, I suspect the reverse will be true.

If Horner is ousted RB deserves what it gets. One of the most successful F1 outfits in years taken down by egos.
Hopefully when the dust settles and Horner is cleared he will have a list of all those that were in on it inside the team and fire them. Even Max if needs be. Max wouldn't be where he is now if he was driving any other car.

If Horner is innocent (i believe he is) he should fight this, I have the sinking feeling this is more 'woke' crap, and it will turn out that he 'spoke harshly' or worse still he ordered a employee to actually stop playing with the Iphone and do some work. I can’t believe a company of this size carries out employee investigations in this way.
Usually disputes are dealt with in house through their HR department.
Had they got serious allegations they would have suspended Horner ( Gardening Leave ) while investigations continued..
But they haven’t which basically says that they haven’t got any evidence to support the allegations.
Internal investigation won't cut it, as noted, they need to convince the Thai side. If nothing turns up, a lot of people are going to want to wash their hands & claim that they weren't involved

If Horner survives as CEO after this shakeup, not even Redbull can beat Redbull lol. He didn’t do shit. Hasn’t done shit. Redbull has been a phenomenal company in this era, I’m glad Horner is getting his due process as is his RIGHT. This will end in his favor, with the haters never letting it go.

There is an undeniable fact. CH built ran managed RedBull . He surrounded himself with the right people. Max has a controlling father who when looking back has a history of being a hard and at times petulant father. Not many hugs from this man, CH has managed Max building a team driven by innovation and the man Mr he is a god C N. Along with his trusty note pad C N is the real deal. I work for one of the biggest banks in the world and we have a 'Womans Network' , that's what the bank called it and it allows woman to fast track to high up positions without the need to prove themselves. I am a woman and over the last few years have seen the damage this has done! There are people in positions that have no clue on how to either manage a team, manage large fund pools or broker deals! Diversity pushes people apart not brings them together.

What they should be investigating is why the FIA gifted Red Bull the 2021 world championship. Everything they did that year stinks.
