I also have panic disorder, medication has changed my life. It was so hard to take the first step to get help. I've been listening to every epidose and I have been sure that Josh has panic disorder even though this is the first time he actually says it.

Everytime I watch these I'm blown away by how much our spouses are alike! My boyfriend also refuses to leave the north of Pittsburgh area. (I also moved from another area to Pittsburgh like you did) AND I've always talked about wanting to move to Florida 😶 Andy refuses obviously lol.
Lmfao this is sounds like my 3 year old. He wakes up all the time and runs into our room screaming (sometimes waking up our 1 year old) and says he wants to eat and wants his iPad and I’m like dude. It’s 3 am! Poppy could be telling you many things- knows change is coming, is getting clingy, or could be ready for a big girl bed!

Coming from a new parent of two, a one and two year old and your newborn of course keeps you busy and of course the two yr old but you'll always go back and make sure to remind your first that they'll always be your baby because when your new baby comes the guilt does start to creep that maybe between caring for your newborn and trying to relax that your not spending enough time, reminder you are and they'll always be your babies, always, also guilt is very big as a parent but always remind the whole family to each other how great everyone is doing and how much you love one another. Just always try to make sure to have a regimen and or schedule to where if your making sure to do breakfast, lunch and supper, playtime, learning time, teeth time than everyone can be together, the more you do everything together the less difficult it is for sure. Gotta change my name to something female lol my ol man set this up, love little poppy, hope y'all are doing well. Embrace every moment and two huge things is you can never read up enough as a parent and remember to always have a memory book, life goes by too fast, mark every moment, a thing I just heard is to every yr for their birthday write them a letter and tell them about how they were that yr and what it was like for you, favorite parts and memories of the yr, the party and everything than when their 18 you can give them all to them, they'll want to hear and know about themselves, they will ❤️ o yeah you and your ol man getting your first aid certifications, if they choke y'all would need to be prepared, their little so CPR and hymlick is different for them, god bless y'all ❤️
