David, a cherished volunteer and runner, passed away from Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). In this special episode, we honor his legacy and celebrate his contributions to the running community. Lovely video. I do like that Parkrun despite the undulation. Lovely community spirit and atmosphere defo always makes it worth getting out of bed for!! You guys must let me know where you'll be doing your 100th run to see if I can get along.

It’s my (Kayleigh’s) 100th on July 6th - but we’re travelling to Millfield near York for it. However, Chris’s will be local in a few weeks - so maybe you can join us for that? Will keep you posted!
