Hii...Today we going to solve an example related to program evaluation and review techniques.
Two methods of network analysis are:
Program evaluation and review techniques
Critical path method ( cpm)
In our previous video , we already discussed cpm by solving an example.
PERT Analysis. Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is a method used to examine the tasked that are in a schedule and determine a variation of the Critical Path Method (CPM). It analyzes the time required to complete each task and its associated dependencies to determine the minimum time to complete a project

calculation in the last step, schedule time is given in days, but in question time is in weeks, we need to convert both time in same units before putting values in the formula
