Hi beautiful Carolyn. This cobbler looks so delicious. That is a great tip on the peaches to score them on the bottom. Your crust came out so golden brown. It's just too hot to turn on my oven in Cali. Great video as always. :)

I just made this w nutmeg lots of cinnamon, butter a lil ginger.. but I tore the pie crust into seperate sections & just layed it over the top. & im waiting for it to finish cooking

Thanks! But I use both. My canned version has hundreds of thousands of views. They both have their place. For some that’s all they know and I’ve been criticized for using fresh. That just goes to show people are familiar with what they grew up with.
