I don't judge people hearts and actions. God used many rulers who were pagans in the old times. So we can't point the leaders actions or decree their final destination and defame their family. Still God can use them for His purposes. Because God Almighty is the only who chose a person to rule or not rule. And is God Almighty which allows rules to richness and power.
