- Let me share you some of the interview questions and answers that I had during my application stage. Please note that responses may vary especially if we are going to based it from our experiences so feel free to share your answers as well in the comment section.

I can say from experience, ongoing and proactive communication with families, admin, & colleagues is important! As educators, we really need all of them working with us to benefit our students. Thus, communicate early and often. Hopefully, well in advance of any acting out/misbehavior or academic challenges. Love your videos, Teacher Gee! =)

Coming from an older person with memories of certain physical disciplinary tactics used upon students (I was one of those students on the receiving end - ouch!) from educators back in decades past: When you say corporal punishment, what exactly to you mean? To your point, though, that is a big NO-NO here in the US (public school system)...

Wow. That’s great. Congratulations in advance po. Yes, usually same lang. In preparation for Principal Interview. Nung ako they ask, how do you teach reading? What if the student does not know how to read since Kindergarten hawak ko before.
Teacher Gee, you mentioned on your comments that your application at EPI was approved NOVEMBER and had the principal's interview on MAY. Did you make follow ups to EPI NOVEMBER-MAY? before ka nag ka principal's interview?
Hindi! Hahahaha!!! Nagdadalawang isip din ako ng mga panahong iyon e. Saka may mga kasama rin ako sa group, so ayun nag-iinforman kami. Sa kanila na lang ako nakibalita.

How long did you wait for the results of the principal interview maam?
Sinend agad contract ko after the interview. Like after 10-20 min, they sent me the contract.

I was interviewed by the district's director of elementary education and then after how many days, a school principal from that district reached me out to set up an interview this coming week. Do you think this is the sign that i am going to be hired? haha just asking lang po. thanks a lot

Hello po maam. Very helpful po yung vlog nyu. Thank you so much. Asl ko lang po, Need po ba natin ng Employment AUthorization Document (EAD) bago makapagturo sa US? Licensed Teacher napo ako, BSED Math po at may 2 yrs teaching experience. Or pwede na makapagturo agad?
Di ako sure! Di ako nag-direct hire. Under ako ng isang visa sponsor. Sila na naglingon ng papel ko. Passport, Credentials, and CFO lang nilingon ko.

By the way po, sa pag process po ng J1 Visa, wala po bang magagastos ang employer/school? kase po may nag reply sakin, sabi nya hindi daw sila nag spe-spend ng money for the visa at sa pag move in sa US (like flight, housing and etc.). As in hindi sila gumagastos para sa mga overseas teacher... go pa din po ba ako dito?
Hello Miss Gee.. mahirap ba magkaroon ng teaching license sa US?
Visa sponsor ko naglilingon ng license ko. Wala naman akong tinake na test. Unless gsto mong ma-qualify sa ibang level, need mong mag-exam
