Yes, Samsung has had facial recognition for a good while. Never seen it better in a Note 10. Thats comparing to Iphones.
Cameras have caught up to, the Note 10+ and iPhone 11 XR. Are split hair differences. Thats all that iphone is still winning in on my opinion (very slightly). But Note 11 cameras based on patent info is going to 5x the mp (100mp+) and high actual optical zoom to 4x 8x with high digital zooms, and 87mp on "regular camera sets)

It's kinda like if you called a fingerprint scanner on an android "touch ID", but not quite since there actually is a pretty big difference in how face ID and face unlock work.

Face ID uses a dot projector to get a 3D image of your face, face unlock uses a 2D image.. if you don't have glasses(I unfortunately do), the only real difference is in the security, so I understand why you think it's the same thing, but I'd never call the pressure sensitive button on my note 9 a 3D touch button. I'm okay with us disagreeing at this point, just want to get my point across. Have a wonderful day/night!

I absolutely don't recommend unofficial Android devices because Android is different then some pc Linux in that it's open source but the Google or Microsoft software is free to use under partnership. The other thing to consider is getting your identity stolen because black market Android is the same as using Windows pirate edition because the kernel dose not have xda developers making updates.

All of the Face ID's that isn't by Apple can be fooled by a picture. That's because Apple uses a real face scanning technology and not just a front camera.
