    A lot of the things the FIA are doing are very similar to this as far as I know. It's changed a lot since I've been trackside in F1 though.

    Love how the teams provide the measurement jigs.
    That's asking for trouble from a creative Engineer!!
    Handheld 3d scanners are pretty inaccurate so the teams could max out the limits by using more accurate techniques. I bet they do!!

    However IMSA scrutineering is 👍👍👍
    IMSA, WEC, they're bot very highly underrated series. F1 in its hubris is declining to learn from these two motorsports.
