China has firmly stated that what’s happening in Myanmar is just the “internal affairs” and other countries should not interfere. China has oil and gas, twin pipelines in Myanmar stretching around 800 kilometres, connecting from Myanmar to Kunming and Nanning inside China. As the twin pipelines are located inside Myanmar, it would be “just an internal” affair, if they were disrupted by blown ups, attacks or by other means. If the twin pipelines were blown up, it would only be Myanmar’s “internal affair” and China shouldn’t care about it. After all, China does not interfere in other countries “internal affairs”. As the hateful anti-China sentiments are growing intensely day by day, nothing is guaranteed in Myanmar.
