Great job in simplifying the go bag situation. Another thing to add to your go bag are more lists. Like the following: things to bring if you have to camp, things to bring if you have an hour to pack the car, things to bring if you are never coming back, etc. This way depending on the situation and time constraints you have a well thought out list of items to grab around your house without having to think when your panicking. You can even laminate them and attach to the outside of your go bag for easy access if you want to get fancy.

My wife and I were able to help with disaster relief for the Camp Fire in CA. All your points are great reminders for all. Best Life Ever.

As someone who lived in extreme weather conditions, always having emergency supplies in my vehicle is second nature. Always have first aid, toothbrush, etc in zip packs in my console. Clean drinking Water in the winter can be a challenge, however, even frozen water can be thawed. So much more always in my vehicle.

The aluminum foil was an interesting addition but I like it. That pretty much protects it from any EMP disaster, be it manmade (like a nuke on earth or in space) or nature (geomagnetic storms)

If your going to wrap any electronics in foil first you need to wrap the device in plastic wrap to insulate it, then foil, then plastic wrap for at least 3 layers of foil. If the foil is crumpled it also helps but 1 layer of foil is insufficient to protect against emp, also I custom make the best faraday bags available on the market and have videos on my channel if anyone is interested.

I'm gonna keep a Swiss Army Knife in my bag. I don't know much about Multi Tools, I'm more familiar with Swiss Army Knife.

Valid information ..i believe we are all way too dependent...on wifi...cell..and fuel companies...most folks wouldnt even know how to start a fire..or how to filter water from scratch..me included

This is why EVs are highly underrated by off-grid fellas imo. Their range is so-so, but just one EV guarantees you travel so long as you have solar panels and a sufficient charge controller. Unfortunately, EVs are currently being built like smart phones where they hate repair ability. So the best option may just be something like an electric bike

Thank you for the content. Multiple simultaneous go bags for different situations/locations was a nice thought.
For most cases, volume and weight are key especially if you're carrying the bag. Lifestraw or iodine tablets are really light and small to manage water.
Based on your other content, I'm guessing you must have thought of this, but chose not to include it...the tendency for people to take things by force and defend by force especially when society is breaking down. Why did you choose not to include an item for this? (urban and rural applicability) I don't fully understand the youtube algorithm, but I will understand if you choose not to answer this.

Prepping property and having an escape route in case of forest or prairie fires, flash flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc must still be a priority whether living in or out of a city.

Not so simple. We left Seattle and moved to a very rural, small town in Eastern WA, on the opposite side of the state, where now we worry about fires, rather than the homeless or a 9.0 earthquake... Or, perhaps the railroad goes through your town, and like East Palestine, OH, has a major disaster they make a thousand times worse by incinerating toxic chemicals - it's always "there but for the grace of god, go I..."
