Former Cy-Fair ISD substitute teacher accused of pushing special needs student to ground

- The incident led to an investigation by the Cy-Fair ISD's Police Department, but according to Carston, the police department is not pressing any criminal charges.
Not saying this is the case but there’s students in the “special education programs that are not special needs, their just violent bullies and the school system has no where else to put them! We have one at school near us, every single day he attacks the teacher, aids and students, destroys the classroom, throws desk and chairs, has stabbed teacher with scissors, hit her multiple times, threatened to kill her and others. They have to evacuate the classroom every time he goes on a rampage, got suspended for two days, came back after just one day, principal did nothing. Dozens of administrators and district specialists have seen his behavior, the top behavioral administrator’s recommendation was to “praise him every 20 seconds” her exact words!! His last school withheld paperwork so he could be put into “special education program” at a different school. Their honesty going to run out of teachers and aids for these programs because of this!!
Money money money!! Smh ok now they have fired this employee and the school is saying we didn’t even know what happened and NOW the family sounds like they want BLOOD money. SMH would I push for changes within the school system YES but financial compensation?? Did the child have bruises? Cuts? Black eye? Or are you just looking for a pay day!!
