I love how they executed that first kiss. No bgm, the silence helped buildup the scene. Yoko changing the tone in her voice, Faye portraying that nonchalant attitude with excitement beneath it, the layers in their acting, i’m blown! This is by far the best thai gl series leads I’ve seen. Kudos!

Yes it is disappointing how short the episodes are, but we are grateful that this series is even being made. Producing these series is incredibly expensive and NineStar, as a young company, doesn't necessarily have the funding to make longer eps. As the series gains attention it will generate more sponsorships and income that can be put back into the production. GL series are a brand new phenomenon and we are watching it all unfold before our eyes...the struggle to fund these productions, the global fan response, the realization that there is a huge market for GL stories...exciting times.

Yo creo que sí llega a ser incómodo en un buen sentido: es algo incómoda la rigidez de khun Nueng, he visto que muchos se quejaron por esto, ya que fue un beso bastante seco, pero creo que no podría haber sido de otra manera; Nueng grande es una mujer con serios problemas para expresar sus emociones, y es obvio que ni siquiera ella sabe bien lo que siente por Nueng chiquita, que el beso esté lleno de sentimientos y emociones no hubiera ido con el personaje, que siempre intenta reprimirse y guardar la compostura.
Me pareció un beso realista, sin tanto "colorete" encima para emocionar a fuerza a la audiencia. Esta vez emociona porque nos encariñamos con ellas, con esa relación que ha ido creciendo poco a poco, y porque hemos sido parte de cómo Nueng grande ha ido encariñándose y queriendo a la niña.
En fin, es tierno, seco, realista y perfecto :)

Gap has been a top tier GL for me as the chemistry of the leads was overflowing. But this one, Blank the series officially stole my obsession with FB. Still love them though but Faye was such an art herself.
1. The acting was superB, Faye is on a different level, she was like an A listed actress.
2. Faye's charisma, just that alone and the fact she is a part of the community makes sense.
3. Yoko's character, I understand how a 36 year old lady fell for such a young girl. I don't find it weird or awkward because she executed well.
4. The plot twist was so unserious but fun hahaha the mother, father and daughter rivalry for one woman was never seen on screen hahaha

1. Khun Sam was soft in the inside, she's trying to hold her family close despite of all the trauma and drama in her life.
2. While Khun Neung became hard as a rock, she wants freedom that was far away from the life and social class she belongs.
3. Aneung is a reflection of Khun Neung's childhood. I can't blame why they fell for each other, they're on the same axis.
4. Grandmother only wants the best for Sam and Neung rn. I think she's just testing Neung and making her realize her own feelings for the kid.

I watched the gap series first and admit freen and Becky caught me off guard. I wasn’t expecting such chemistry between actresses and it was a very good series both of them are very beautiful but Faye, wow, for me she is next level gorgeous and talented. Yoko was equally believable and beautiful.
After watching blank, I must say it was an incredible story. I have admit I was on an emotional journey of smiles and eyes tearing up. Thank you for such beautiful story. Incredible.

Did anyone notice the movement of Faye's thumb when she opened her eyes after the kiss? She was rubbing her thumb to comfort Yoko (I mean the character) At the same time we can see she was pulsating (if you notice her neck you can see that) as she or the character was feeling nervous! OMG the last scene was aesthetically beautiful! I have never seen something like this. It was so brilliant! Without background music, without rushing, the kiss scene was created. We don't see such minimalism very often! It was another kind of art. On the other hand Faye & Yoko seems like they were born to play the roles! Their expressions never seem to me acting, it was so natural. Both of them deserve a standing ovation! Thanks to the whole team for bringing this kind of standard to the audience. Very well shot, this is what my conclusion is. All scenes are well edited and timing and depth keeping in mind innocence, naive and curiosity of 20 yr old Vs grown up of 36 yr old is well done. I am surprised actually the artists are are 22 yrs and 30 yr old only. Great direction and camera work. Impressed. Support from India

Primera vez que comento en una serie GL, porque esta vez sí siento que quiero hacerlo. Así que, uf... Un beso sencillo, en un solo cuadro, sin tanto ruido en sus alrededores (estéticamente hablando) lo hace grande y esto lo digo porque muchas productoras están acostumbradas a darnos escenas exageradamente rosas o intensas. Para quienes hemos leído la novela, sabrán que Khun Nueng le regresa el beso a A-Nueng ligeramente más apasionado y admito que me hubiera gustado verlo, sin embargo, me encanta aún más cómo están tomando con pinzas la lucha interna de Khun Nueng y eso se puede ver hasta esta escena final. El proceso de la aceptación de sus sentimientos y creencias, va mucho más lento aquí en la serie y sigue funcionando bien en relación con su personalidad cuidadosa y reprimida.
Lo único que tal vez me deja deseando más, es el hecho de limitar el personaje de A-Nueng. Sigo sintiéndola algo cohibida y tímida cuando ella demuestra lo contrario. En la novela, esta chica es muy astuta e inclusive manipuladora y lo es más cuando por fin Khun Nueng se vuelve su tutora, entonces halla maneras de acercarla más a ella. Pienso que sería interesante de ver ese cambio de actitud por lo menos en un capítulo, estoy segura que también funcionaría porque vamos... En la serie, A-Nueng ya entró a las 21 años. Bríndele un poco más de audacia, lol.
Gracias a todo el equipo por el trabajo y por regalarnos las escenas del viaje. Tampoco sucede en la novela, pero creo que a muchos nos gustó demasiado ver a ambas juntas lejos de todos los problemas por un día. Estaré esperando por el siguiente capítulo, que sin duda será conmovedor.

Está bastante bien adaptado la serie en base de la novela pero hay que recordar (para los que leyeron la novela) que en la novela hubo mucha toxidad por parte de ambas y estaría bueno que si hay una segunda temporada cambien algunas cosas que creo que estaría demás, por el momento va más que bien y más rápido y se entiende a la perfección como va a terminar; Yo no termine de leer la novela pero me gustó bastante, estaría bueno no cambiar sino modificar algunas escenas, me emocioné tanto cuando leyó el manga y sabemos hasta donde va esto literalmente se viene un volcán que está a punto de explotar.

​@@karingarcia9503 Tienes razón, pero precisamente las partes tóxicas también forman el alma de la historia, lol. En la novela todo es más dramático. Por ejemplo aquí en la serie, como mencioné, no encuentro a esa A-Nueng astuta y manipuladora. En esta versión, es un poco más educada y tímida. Es más, antes del primer beso, A-Nueng se emociona y se vuelve tremendamente honesta sobre sus deseos hasta el punto que incomoda a Khun Nueng. Con Khun Nueng pasa algo similar. La recuerdo más explosiva y más directa (sobre todo con la abuela). So, de que le han bajado la toxicidad, lo han hecho.
Probablemente lo que debería preocuparnos es cómo abordarán su relación ya de novias y las escenas hot, esas sí son peligrosas xd. Te invito a que lo termines de leer, hasta ahora la única novela de Planoy que me ha gustado.
