@@DIRTROADCRED : The red/blue reminds me of Superman but not bad. The red/silver is ok. I'm not big on the red/sarge green. Black goes with most colors like you said. I agree the red/red probably goes together the best.
I've never been fan of red/white on any vehicle but many like it, especially on Vettes (plus it was the original combo of the '53 Vette). The red/anvil gray is ok too. I could live with it on a 392 though a red interior wouldn't be my 1st choice with gray. As for exterior colors, if buying one now, I'd have to go with 1. gray 2. blue 3. white Not that anyone cares. Lol

The red seats on a white jeep is awesome. Looks good in silver and black as well. I’m not a fan of the red seats in a green. Blue, or yellow jeep. And I so agree the old 392 and xr wheels looked better.

Thanks for showing all the colors side by side. I just got a black one. Just an observation, look at the size of the crash cones on the front bumper. They are much larger on the winch version.
Thanks for the walk arounds. I ordered a '24 Firecracker red 392 & wondered about the interior, It's a LOT of red, but I'm a red guy so I think it will be OK. The sound bite was awesome! I do think offering only a red interior was a Stellantis misstep.

Got a 392 Sarge COLOR with red seats....LOVE THEM
I looked at both 24s and 23's I went with the 2023 20th Anniversary in Black and the Black and Red Leather seats, They look nicer than all red. The bigger screen just didn't flow nicely with what I am used to with my previous JL's and I am fine with the 8.4
I love my 2023 white 392. I'm glad the interior is black.

I think Jeep made a HUGE BAD DECISION on the only red seats for the 392. Some colors just do NOT work with the red. With the competition offering more and more- Jeep need to wake up and step up.

Matt, @3:24 you mention Bright Red seats, My 392 does not have bright red seats in it unless you take a pic and the camera changes the deep red/maroonish color to bright red. They also look awesome in my Black 392. I welcome all the changes for 24 Grill looks fresh, wheels are much sharper then the previous years. I didn't get the winch but that is the only thing I don't care for those extended bum,per gaurds are the worse looking part. Thnaks for the videos nice to be able to see all the colors and get additional information.

Thanks for the great content. I'm the rare fan of a red interior, just ordered a '24 Anvil 392. I actually like it on a white exterior, a few other exterior colors can be controversial. The blue ext red interior is often referred to as the Superman color scheme...again, some love it some hate it. I've got a '22 Silver BMW M4 with a red interior that seems calm compared to a few of their other options of orange and yellow interiors.

I love the red in white Jeep. I just gone one lol. But as you said, it's all subjective. I wanted black so bad but after getting it I love it.
We struggled to determine what paint color would be best with the red interior....and we went with EARL! Too bad Dan Cummins didn't have an Earl to compare with the rest of the colors. It has arrived at Granger and due to pick up in 2 weeks! Great video!

Have a 2024 Black Rubicon X and really like it. Much quieter than previous model years. Like the Black interior as well. Thinking of a 2024 392 since this is last year for it. Don't like the extended crash cans on the factory winch models, look dumb. Don't like the Red seats on 392 as well as Black seats on the "X". Concerns about the transfer case on 392 as many have reported issues with them. The TC is biggest concern over anything else on 392.
Great video. I have to disagree with your choices for coordinating with the seats. To my eyes, silver, black, white only. Every other color would be much happier with black or a tan.

What about the over sized plastic cones on the bumpers when it comes with the factory winch? They appear comically bigger than the standard ones.

I still don’t understand why Jeep is pushing so hard on the red interior. The base has been begging for options for a long time for the Rubicon.
I totally get less parts to make the vehicles, but the cost has continually gone up with less customization on the interior personality being offered.
Would be really nice to offer a saddle or gray toned option again.

It’s funny what you said about being partial to white because of your first YJ. I am partial to green because of my first TJ, which had two-tone green/tan seats. I like the red seats, but I think a darker red would have been better. Do you remember the Roan Red from the Orvis Edition Grand Cherokee?

I'm having issues with my Rubicon X. 🙁
Didn't even get it off the lot and the UConnect screen died. It is still at the dealers for over a week.
They are working with the engineers to try to fix it and the dealer told me yesterday a lot of them are failing right out of the factory.
I hope no one else ran into this problem and mine is an anomaly.
Still, really excited and can't wait to drive it!

Zynith looks best with the red seats. Then I'd opt for Anvil. I had a Sting Gray and loved it, but I'm not feeling the blueish hue to the Anvil as much.
I'm just not feeling the red seats with the bronze outer accent color. Like, not at all. My OCD is kicking in a bit.

I like the red seats but I do have a issue with the 392 bronze tow hooks and lettering and then the interior have red stitching? Seems odd.

Great review as always-but I have to agree with a lot of folks those full red seats-bluhhhhhhh-and new stereo-I'll pass. I have a Rebel and the two-tone seats red and black and red trim are nice to look at. I like how my JLUR has the delicate red trim not overstated.

it is soo frustrating that hella-yella yellow color is not available. it is really heart-breaing.
It honestly doesn’t matter because they’re going to sell every one they build but it’s crazy that for 80-90K you only get one seat option. Honestly though I would love to have the firecracker red one. When the time comes I will most likely get a Rubicon X even though same thing I don’t want the leather seats.

Black with red interior....sexy, devilish and toughness. The grille looks way better with colored contrast with graphite. The satin black looks cheap. The wheels look so much better and sharper. The whole interior has now the elegance and class to it, not just being rugged. Next to my 2023XR , I had to trade mine in...too good of a change. I love everything about the 2024. Black is the perfect color for this interior. Just make sure to ceramic coat that paint once a year.

I am looking to be a first time jeep owner and have been watching a bunch of your videos. I was wondering if I can swing it, should I get the 392? I intend to use it as a day-to-day vehicle for runs to costco and such but also on some of the trails in the Adirondacks but probably nothing more than a beginner to intermediate (at most) off roading. If that were the case, am I getting "too much" Jeep for my use or is the experience worth it if I can swing it? Would love to get some thoughts from you guys and the community. Thanks in advance!

My thoughts/complaints on the new Rubicons:
1 - The new screen design is not symmetrical and looks odd. Love the size & functionality though.
2 - The red only seats on the 392 is a huge mistake. Jeep should offer more options at that price point...those seats DO NOT look good on a lot of the colors. One seat color option on a 100k vehicle, Jeep???
3 - The wheels are not nearly as cool (and "Jeep") looking as the previous Recon wheels. New wheels are generic looking and expensive, so it makes it more costly for people to buy and swap out.
4 - A loaded interior on the Rubicon X (30k less than the 392) looks BETTER than the 392 interiors...completely unacceptable.
5 - The prices on both the Rubicon X and the 392 are massively over-inflated. Too much...even considering the tech and design additions.
6- The one touch top IS NOT available on the Anvil color for 2024. Why, Jeep???
7 - The red stitching and accents with the gas Rubicon X. Not a fan. The blue stitching with the Hybrid Jeeps looks good in my opinion, but it's crazy that you have to like those options to buy either. My old Jeep has all black and a more neutral stitching.
All that being said, I love these Jeeps. But trying to figure out which one to buy is a huge pain due to the way they have set up the options that you are forced to get with each version.

So every 392 has the Xtreme recon package now, but does it? 35" tires, Beadlock capable wheels, 4.56 gear ratio, check check check. But what about the additional 1.5" inches of lift over the 2" the stock 392? Does the 2024 have 3.5 inches total? It looks like not to me. I wonder WHY they left this one crucial part of the Xtreme recon package out? Can anyone confirm?

Yes they are nice, yes I would like one but 80k+ is crazy. I would love nothing more that a gladiator rubicon for work and the family but We are now upon custom vehicle build prices and Jeep loans that cost more than mortgages.

So, I have a 24 392. It's amazing. But, the beadlock trim being 12 bolts is awful - it's not symmetric with the 5 spokes/bolts. And, to make it worse, the actual beadlock ring is 24 bolts - it will still look odd. I have no idea why they went from 25 to 24...

Those rims look trash on that Hydro 392. Obviously the first thing we all do is replace the rims … and thank god for that on this ride. That color is dope, but the rims kill it imho
