I think it's the Orkney Islands flag Yellow with Red cross.
what is that large, yellow flag with the red cross seen early in the video (both the little one carried by a boy and the big one streaming behind the column)?
That is 42 Com. There are two Flags throughout from that flag The Queens colours and of course The Royal Marine Colours
