Both harmonium and sarangi accompanists were also good. Wonder why harmonium player was in the background not next to sarangi player.

Am I the only one or do others agree that for our great music it would be best if the people controlling the camera just keep it with all artist in view, after all our music is all about interactions between the artists an with lose up we miss out on those subtle glances and reactions between the artist on stage

As a lover of music its neither wise or desirable to be a 'fan' of particular singer as it makes your view a rather biased one. Unfortunately the more I am listening Kaushikiji can't help myself becoming 'fan' of hers. She is still very young yet she performs like a veteran singer. Every harkat in this song gives me goosebump. She is sakshat maa saraswati, at least for me. Continue to bless us like this in future. Indian classical music is in safe hand.
Its true....but there are some musicians who are just different ex pt kumar bose, ustad AJT, ustad amir khan, pt bhimsen joshi, kishori amoklkar ji, ishan ghosh, kala ramnath ji, pt shiv kumar sharma, ustad zakir Hussain, ustad bade gulam ali khan, kaushiki chakraborty ji and many others....i m not comparing the level of experience or how big of an artist they are but they are just soo different in their art from any other artists.....you can just here them and say its them.....
