Fireman’s are a literal cheat code even when you don’t finish it your so deep in on the shot you can readjust and work from there. Not to mention dump/sucker drag options from failed attempts as well
@@laydenyump3619it was my main move last year during my senior year to the point everybody I wrestled their coach yelled don’t give him that over hook or watch the over hook
@@james6208 that’s amazing to be so known for it that the coaches are screaming it. The coaches usually don’t have time to scream anything with me because I take them down and let them up over and over again, and the first takedown usually happens within 10 seconds. Lmao
@@laydenyump3619 yeah I wasn’t an off the whistle guy. I was always like hands down get my tie up how I want it and make them wrestle my match, I’m a shorter stockier guy ankle picks weren’t my thing I could hit them in practice but not matches
@@laydenyump3619 and yeah I wasn’t really someone who teched a lot of guys most of my wins were pins because I cut from 170 to 138 and 145 I could force my arm bar pretty easy and it was my bread and butter
and that, boys and girls, is the difference between us d3 wrestlers and the d1 men. they are beasts. It's like being good at Algebra or being good at Calculus.
Holy shit what a beast 😮 On another note, I hate how the ref calls stalling in that second position. Just because He’s defending the takedown in that area of that mat, that in of itself shouldn’t be “stalling.” However, if he was playing the line the whole match that’s a different story. But that’s not what’s going on here

Kids are way too comfortable almost tearing their mcl to defend takedowns letting your knees get torqued on like that is a great way to have bad knees in 2 years
These camera angles are so clean
I never get tired of fireman carries. They look so badass when done right.
There was an attempt at one here, but it was not successful. But I too love them. Lazy ones are real nice for bigger weight classes

Been seeing lots of wrestlers hit those firemen carries lately
Started doing them often myself. Been picking up more techs and pins in doing so

He is HIM! Should be ranked 3 this coming week.
Trinidad is grining right now
He's as strong as they get.. a real go getter.
Dope
Why was red not getting called for fleeing the mat??
He is him, not gable. But he is him
What a Win!
Enough of this He is him bs lol
my dude gave Davison an Attitude Adjustment John Cena style. He is HIM.
@@brandonwallace4518 hey i wanted Bastida to win, just cringey.
BANANA SPITS!!
That was hard fought
Is that Him!?😂😂😂😂
Davison beat him a couple of days ago. Both dudes are incredibly talented and strong
Davison just ground him up in the quarters at NCAA’s. Yonger lost his gas tank and Davison should be the one Flo makes reels about
He is that guy
That's something he'll be able to tell his grandkids when he gets back to Iowa.
That was pretty hardcore.
Очень мощно!
This is what Braxton Amos should do, too. Screw the cut to 197. Put on weight and go to heavyweight instead, a la Kyle Schneider.

Way to comeback and take it when it counts, go 💙
and this was a 197 pounder last year!
Where is the audience?
28 years old and still in college, watched him wrestle at fargo when he was 21

Yeah he totally wasn’t trying to get an OB call or anything….. 🙄
Folk style could benefit from push-out points.
Know nothing bout wrestling. But i saw this guy at the event and juss knew he meant business😂
In all fairness this Cuban dude is 24 and still wrestling in college.
most upperclassmen are now that you get like 6yrs of eligibility. Feldkamp is on his 7th year of wrestling lol.

He got redshirt and covid redshirt won't see anymore covid redshirt after this year I think
Did he learn that stuff from "older Bastida"?
Yes, I think so
Air Bastida 😂
Please stop the Him stuff
nah we'll keep going
It's stupid as heck, but if it gets more kids excited about wrestling, I suppose it's a worthy tradeoff.

Love seeing xichigan lose. So satisfying.
