These guys will meet in D1 competition in upcoming years.
Seeing as they'll be in the same conference are the same weight and going into the largest rivalry in college wrestling 😂 how'd you figure that?!
@@beauoberbroeckling2162they might not be the same weight. Lowkey might not ever see each other either. Since Sealey is prob going 165 and he’s not beating out Mesenbrink or Duke. So he’d have to bump down where he’d need to beat out Haines or Kasak. If that doesn’t happen he goes 174, which is probably his best chance at starting, where he’d have to beat out Alex Facundo (which is possible.)
Angelo is said to be going 174-184 so who knows. Angelo is likely to start since he’ll legit have a free spot after this year since Brands will finally move on. I think Gabe wants 174, so it’s likely Ferrari will go 184.
I think Angelo will be the best Ferrari out of the group. You can tell he really loves the sport and it seems like he’s more technical than his bros. We didn’t see much of that in this match, but he wrestled beautifully all tournament long. If Angelo didn’t get OW, I wonder who did. 👏🏼
idk he has to win a title his freshman year to live up to his brother
@danielrivera9937 Difficulty of competitive matters too, and props to AJ but 197 was an easier bracket his year. Also Angelo wouldn't be dealing with mf Otoole
@@danielrivera9937 I don’t necessarily think he needs to win as a “freshman to live up to his brother”. All he needs to do is win as much or than his brother. Crazy thing is, I don’t think this kid is trying to live up to AJ. I think he’s trying to carve out his own thing in his own way. But you have a great point and it’ll be incredibly tough for him to do that with all the talent at those weights 🙏🏼
@@danielrivera9937197 was the easiest bracket I’ve ever seen because of the Covid thing it was crazy no one talks about it and he beat an amine that went from 174 to 197 in one year
Angelo is a great kid super passionate and cool headed but tough, you can tell he got roughed up being the little bro . Watch his interview with Cayden.
Angelo doesn't deserve any hate. He seems like a level-headed kid, and I hope he lives up to his potential.
This match up is gonna be a banger, in the years to come.
Don’t get the Angelo hate he is nothing like his brothers a lot more humble
Thats not a good barometer to judge humbleness
he certainly didnt seem that way in the post-match interview
Humble? He needs humbled
Why is the video quality so low? FloWrestling: you need to up your game!
I appreciate seeing Pa wrestling. Shout out NEPA region! Wyoming Seminary gets some great young men on that mat. Since I was a kid at least (25 years ago). My grandfather is 86 and said it was a good night. Great work Flo.
Don't know why people saying it's a reversal when it's clearly not 😅
Right…..mfs love hating. On a minor🤣🤣
Close to a pederson roll reversal type deal, was def not clearly not a reversal
Close but no reversal. Great match
lol no takedowns means it cannot be a great match. What was i watching, ferrari stalling for 6 minutes?
@@hms-007stalling??? He took all the shots
@@hms-007so you’re telling me if two guys scramble for 6 minutes and no one scores the match sucks? L take, and also he didn’t stall he had better positioning
@@hms-007Go back to playing basketball
@@jacobbemiller9613 what scrambles? 90% of this match was neutral tiptoeing. People be overhyping this match b/c of the ferrari name, but it was not anything special as ironman finals go
On no planet is that a reversal
Filmed with a potato
Great line!
Oh my God!! Never heard that line before! So original!
Dunno,even a potato has eyes
Hell of a match
Angelo was the better wrestler start to finish
well he has beat him twice that I am aware of. Sealey is a great wrestler though
The margin is getting closer. I can see him losing to him in college. If they end up in the same weight.
@Training_Sage angelo had to cut to get to 165. He's gonna be a 184 in college
@@adamski4077 ohh that makes sense. He’s a dog. He did look tired.
Yeah, if you think his stalling technique was on point 👍🏻
Angelo has to change his style up, refs will call him for stalling all day in college
he got to the leg many times lol
@@ramamandeep2you missed his entire point
90% of college wrestling is stalling
@@TheMonkeyKing7235he didn’t tho because Ferrari didn’t stall lmao. Did we not watch the same video. He was the one pushing the pace in both over times.
Go Hawks 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Sealy gonna be so good under Cael. Angelo may be in trouble in the future
He has as much talent as anyone. Has beaten Mesenbrink, has beaten Sealey, has beaten Lockett, he’s beaten so many heavy guys. If Brands can actually sharpen his talent the kids at least a 2 time NCAA champion.
this video has like 3 pixels
How old is the camera you took this video on? Quality sucks!
Was Sealy wrestling up?
No Angelo went down
@@npierce14Sealy went up, Angelo went down.
Sealey went up a weight class
It was in the middle. Sealy had to go up 5, and Ferrari had to come down 5.
Ferrari was lucky he didn't give up a stall point. He spent almost the entire match playing the edge and wrestling on his knees. That won't be too popular with the Brands brothers at Iowa.
You say that but they got hit with stall calls out the ass against Iowa State. They may have won the dual but it was bad for Iowa.
Did he slap his opponents coach's hand that hard?
I’ve heard the Ferrari kids got beat after losing a tournament in Oklahoma on there way back to Texas
Got out easy with a stand up twice in the match. Goes to tiebreaker and tries a granby.. smh
He squeaked out a win against a smaller opponent while gassing and doing some stalling. If there was a gap, Sealy closed it. With Cael's help he might not lose to him again. I'll be surprised if Ferrari is at 165 next year though. That weight cut was a problem for him.
These guys will both be great, but not sure about the "gassing" as he had enough to win in 3OT. Also, idk about stalling either. Ferrari was the only one remotely close to scoring on their feet, and the only one with a legitimate deep shot a couple times during the match. Sealy wasn't close to scoring an offensive point the entire match. Hopefully we get to see these 2 for a long time.
@@whitetail.roots.89exactly idk why people are hating when Angelo Ferrari was the only one that was actually taking shots.
Ferrari was backing up most of the match and would have been flagged for stalling again if they hadn't been tied at the end of regulation. Sealey pressured him the entire match and toed the line first at every restart while waiting for Ferrari to get off the mat. He might have had more takedown attempts but he didn't finish any of them and they were a product of Sealey"s forward pressure. My correct assessment doesn't mean I'm hating on him though. Cheers
@@JadedOptimistFerrari took the first shot 😢
@@JadedOptimistcontradicted the whole sentence by agreeing Angelo had more take down attempts. So essentially Joe Sealey had better forward pressure but no offense. Angelo Ferrari had no forward pressure but the offense? That doesn’t classify as stalling, they were just offensive and passive in the opposite ways, hence why the match was decided the way it was. So I don’t know what “correct” assessment you’re talking out of your ass about but try again.
Robbed
Что за чушь она несёт?
That was a reversal for sure. Still a great match.
Not even close
@@aaronaasen9315 idk man. Ive seen 2 called for way less control than joe had even as a college wrestler ive seen reversals called with less control
@@nicmitch8272 had there been 1 second longer on the clock then there’d be a discussion for a reversal. But that was not 2 and any actual half decent refs know that.
that's a reversal...
How is it a reversal?
Don't you need control?
it is absolutely not a reversal, AT BEST its a scramble position where no wrestler is in control.
Nah. There wasnt even a protest...and for good reason.
Silly brain
A reversal. A peterson.
That’s a reversal.
No it ain’t
@user-mz8ff5gd9g yes it was. Its called a Peterson, and if there was more time, likely back points as well.
Nah, close but refs made the right call
Silly brain dumb dumb
Few seconds longer and it would’ve been.
