    COMMENT RULES:
    1) No number spam (as in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc). This is annoying and usually has NOTHING to do with the video.
    2) No advertising your channel or giveaways. That's not the right way to get viewers.
    3) Don't be offensive. I'm keeping this one vague for a reason.
    4) Don't spoil movies that just came out in theaters (as in, within a one month window).
    5) Treat others with respect.
    6) No political discussion, please. I'll remove any comments that break these rules. This is NOT because I'm an advocate for censorship, but rather because I like this to be a family friendly channel.
    7) No comments counting up or down to a certain day, like what Kremit used to do. The joke has ran its course...
If it's super bad, you'll be banned. Thanks, and that's all!

Yes, I just wanted to say that too, that guy is just2good at triggering Ninjago fans. It probably still had to do with LEGO wanting to get rid of old figures and still wanting to sell the sets with the new minifigures. This thing also happened in many polybags, 2 from Legacy for example.

But it's 16+ rated set. It probably refers to 5+ rated City sets. No guns in police sets, etc. Sets based on movies with some violent contect, for example "Star Wars" are usally rated not lower, than 7+. It doesn't make sense to rate it higher, because boys of this age usally watch that movies. I think it applies to the younger. You can see weapons in "Agents" sets (original Lego series). Smaller sets from this series are similar in number of parts to average city sets, but they're rated 7+.

Well the Lisa's/Maggie's hair would just work like helmets/Statue of Liberty head pieces, Bart's/Homer's hair would work like Darth Maul's/crown head piece & Marge's hair would work like a tall helmet/hat piece.
So it's not really _that_ unrealistic, plus I'm sure LEGO would find some way to make it work w/ specially made hair/head pieces.
    10:29
Well the Creeper not having ears makes a little sense, considering Creeper's would be like animals in the Minecraft universe & Creepers would most likely have ear holes like reptiles, of course you could argue the Creeper should/would have pig ears since the Creeper was created by mistakenly switching the 'X' & 'Y' axis of the pig, but ear holes makes a lot more sense than human ears.

Hmm, you focussed entirely on minifigures I think. What has always bugged me is 'colourblindness' in the designers, where a model's colours are inconsistent with the screen version, or worse, between different renditions of the same model. Example: 75060 has much more dark green, and has sand green at the tip, than 75243, and the colours of the laser cannons at the tip are completely different. And let's not talk about the use of regular blue in tie-fighters in old Star Wars sets.

@@sonicelectro47 "legos" is incorrect, though. LEGO themselves have made a public statement (as silly as that sounds) saying that Lego is an adjective only and thus can't be pluralised. I'm pretty sure if the company themselves makes a comment on something, then that's the final say and everyone (mainly Americans) who says "legos" is wrong.

    • @sonicelectro47
      @sonicelectro47 Před 2 lety +3

I meant that "LEGO" IS the correct way of saying the plural.
And yep, it's an ironic tidbit from the company to confirm. And I think it's totally fine how people, especially Americans, legos. Regardless, you are saying what it is...
...even if though it's not the legitimately official way.

Lmao. Well Kai and Jay are screwed since their deep stone suits were specifically designed to prevent from ghosts possessing them.

The smaller/cheaper sets without dual-molded legs is because (I'm pretty sure) it's more expensive to have the dual-molded legs. That would be why the dual-molded legs would be in the more expensive sets.

Another inconsistency in the Lego Movie 2 that I found is that in the Introducing Queen Watevra wanabi set, Lucy has her look from The original Lego movie (minus the hood) but in the Shimmer and shine sparkle spa, the scene after that, she has her apocolipseburg outfit.

I know that you mentioned two of the Ninjago figure packs that have inconsistencies of their release. But what I remember in between them was from 2015 or so, the same year as The possession line, that was an exclusive at Toys R us. The Ninja in it were from the tournament of elements but also had ghosts. I don't know in the story if that was at all consistent between seasons
