Had this rocking full blast in my Durango today when two bikers went by one with a lady rider she yelled out hell yeah 🤘 and they headed towards Mexico 💪...My bikes in the shop as we speak and today I couldn't have been prouder to be apart of such great things motorcycles and rocking roll....

I´m a Christopher Cross and Michael McDonald fan, but hadn´t come across this version before. WOW!!! I wonder why a video clip hadn´t been released before given the visual narrative potential of the lyrics. But this is the real thing: the right sound, the right tempo, the right guys, and the right story to match the lyrics. Christopher will be proud of this!

I had visions of riding like the wind when I was a teenager. I could see myself, some day, riding through Monument Valley with my copious chestnut hair flying in the wind as the sun beat down from a hard, blue sky - and America's 'Horse With No Name' running through my head. Carefree, letting the road take me where it will.
Many, many years later I did at last realise my dream. A few slight detail differences, though. I was driving a Nissan Sentra hire car, my short, grey hair was ruffled only by it's temperamental air-conditioning, it was pissing down and thundery, and I was deadlined to get to our accommodation before dark. However, I did have 'Horse With No Name' looping on the piece-of-shit car's mp3 player and in my head, at least, it was a sun-baked day in 1977.
I'm glad you realised it still! I might be seeing my younger years going away, but I still have the same vision as a dream. Maybe one day I'll follow the sun all the way to the horizon of California, I just hope there are still time. Congratulations on the trip, my man!

haha good one mate,at least you lived the dream,ive drove my triumph all over europe,im from Scotland,so the Alps were the place for me ,did st bernards pass switzerland,and many others went through the 5k tunnel into italy ,and moved all the way over toRomania ,and stevio pass ,i was away for 7 years on a one year passport,in those days no cameras and we experianced reall freedom in the 80s this was 1982 ,,i go away evry year still, cant get enough,and im now 57, and i wont stop till i cant, this life style hit me at 12 years old ,i was born for it ,good luck mate live your dreams if you can.respect.
