The problem with playing full full retake c is that you give up the mound plant to the attackers. And they get the mount plant your retake is much less effective.
well yeah but that means you can pinch mound since you're heavy on A as well, it's easy to go for a pinch from T spawn and CT/site

Its defenitly a nice idea but I feel like this is very exploideble for the attackers by playing slow default rounds where you realy play the map and go for rotates something in the style johnqt likes to call where you play a default at the beginning searching to break setups/bait util, than showing aggression to one side and et the end go for a pause or a rotate. When faced with this realy slow approach eg will have to wonder if c realy is clear or if there may be a deep lurk on side or even sb pushing waterfall since there would be alsmost no information on c without heavely weakening an other side

my only comment to a potential flaw is that the deep cypher wire doesnt tell you if omen tps past it, so he could easily push them or hold a nasty angle if he tp’d over that wire
Yes, but that is a direct anti strat, not something you are likely to see in the first game that you play this comp.
Most of the time, when teams have someone in spawn, it will be a push with multiple people, so that trip will be broken and if it is only one player doing so, it is most likely the Neon or a lurking Cypher, who both can't get past the trip. A solo Omen in that spot is extremely rare.

I think that can't work against Pacific teams. They're not that kind of team to play a 5v5 post plant whether it's PRX or Gen.G

Couldn't Brim ult+linupes win those free c rounds? I know Brim isn't meta but he could get 2 orb ults at least a round so pretty often getting his ult and finding some line ups + his ult could save those rounds maybe?

Trying to think of a downside to this comp and like, I guess the problem with always playing c retake is that if the enemy plant the bomb for mound and just place trips protecting their flanks and door there isn't really much you can do
well you can just flood mound then like they did. Also, planting for mound means your going to play in mound, so you can just util dump everything into that space
@@krimzin4523Might not always work though, I mean, if EG are playing full retake C then the opponent can just not use util on the C exec and save it all for the post plant. They can trip main so no one tries to flood out, they can molly it so they can spam safely, smoke it even etc. so there's definitely ways to break through this
