The model is really good. But most of the companies will be having rate contracts with suppliers. In that case what advantage do you provide to the buyer. Also in your case the buyer need to pay upfront.
The advantage for buyers is that it is an all-in-one platform for their purchasing needs, from sourcing to delivery. The buyer is able to search, compare, send inquiries, receive price offers, place their order, track their order, exchange QA/QC documents, browse through past orders and reorder materials with just a click of a button. So basically, it is their online ERP system :) Once onboarded, and familiar on how to use the platform, we notice that most buyers prefer to purchase through Pharmaoffer instead of the old fashioned way.
You make a good point though, we currently won't be able to serve all specific buyers and their wishes and contracts that might be in place already. But when a buyer is in need for a material that he doesn't have any supplier for yet... we are there to serve his needs. And we are always improving our platform by listening to user feedback, both from buyers and suppliers.

Some hospitals have production facilities so they can produce medication for their patients. Some hospitals are also related to a university. In that case, there is a strong synergy between producing compounding medicines and R&D projects. It depends per country though how this is organized.
