Going up the Juggling Hierarchy - Why I got into it

Welcome to a three-parter where I explain why, how and when I did juggling. I'm pleased to finally get around to doing this. This series is as much for me as it is for you, as later on in my life I'd like to remember this part of my life with the clarity I do now.
Juggling was more than just chucking balls for me. It brought me out of myself. It found me friends, earned me respect (yeah, really!) and taught me the importance of getting good at something... and then stopping before it lost its appeal.
This first stage covers why I started and how I felt towards it at that time.

I just want to say that I first saw this video about a month ago and that it was the first real taste I had ever had of actual juggling. The day I saw this video, I decided I wanted to learn how to juggle, and since then I have slowly developed to now being almost able to juggle three pretty slowly. I haven't practiced much, but I intend to keep going and improving. I am setting goals for myself and deadlines as to when to learn certain skills. All of this is making my summer into a much more entertaining ride, and it is honestly all thanks to you. Sometimes I just stand there and practice for several minutes at a time, ending with sheer satisfaction knowing that I have improved, even by a little bit. I honestly want to thank you for this video and how it has pretty much changed what I want to do with my free time and has helped me look towards self-improvement.

That thing you learn for me was rubik's cubes. My dad solved half of one, and then I accidentally scrambled it. After That, I was determined to solve it for him.

Thanks for making this video as it inspired me to get into diabloing and with a month of practice I can do an 8-meter high catch and launch it and catch it on a stick. Your video showing hat you can just jump into something really inspired me to actually do something I liked the look of but never though I can do. Thank you,

i started juggling when i was 16 and i was really sick and away from school for 3 and a half weeks, and so i decided to train.. i took me 2 weeks of trying and focusing to do like 5-6 seconds of normal 3 ball juggling, and there ive stopped, on summer break ive continued a little bit and stopped... now my record is 6 minutes (im 17 now) and i can do about a minute with 1 hand(2 balls), and im using tennis balls.. are tennis balls good? cause i cant capture a lot of them in my hand, max is 2 in one and 2 in other so i can only go 4 balls.. how do i get to do with more? help meh philip or someone else

luckly our pingpong table at school doesn't have a huge line, it's always occupied in the breaks but in hours between classes i always ping pong with my friends :)
