Wow, what a tragic sad love story, i can only imagine what would have been going thru while standing at her funeral in those sunglasses, probably most hurt from her tragic death. He has proved he is a true gentlemen and never would have betrayed her

I cannot imagine how much torment he must have gone through when she died. People always always always think about the "What if's", and how if we had done this, then that would not have happened, etc. We all do this and hindsight is always 20/20. Looking backwards is very different than looking forward. :(
But for him, I imagine her death was much harder to deal with seeing as he is literally one of the greatest surgeons and doctors IN THE WORLD, so who knows, if he had somehow been near by when the accident happened, or something like that, as impossible as that sounds, perhaps he could have saved her and would have at the very least known NOT to move her body until the ambulance was there, unlike the other doctor who happened to be nearby. She had internal bleeding and had torn a major artery (or something like that, forgive me for not knowing the medical name) but she was in fact bleeding out from the inside and they did not realize this until it was far too late. And while I do think that the accident itself was just that, a terrible accident, I also question why the hell it took her ambulance several hours to travel such a short distance to the hospital!?! if only any of us could somehow teleport to that awful night and warn them of what was to happen ..... :(

@@AC-mp7cx he's the stoic type that's common with the older generation of men from most parts of the world I'm pretty sure. My dad is Pakistani and he's a few years younger than this guy he's also like that. They feel emotions deeply but it's not really something they show around people

Princess Duana was very much in love with her Mr Wonderfull. When she first saw him she wanted to know who's that drop dead man they became friends and then lovers. They were very much in love. He said till today wherever he is he can feel Diana's presence. Especially because she WAS humanitarian q❤ figure aswell as Dr Khan. Surely if she came back from Paris she and Dr Kahn would have carry on with their love relation and from their take it further. Really princess Diana deserved that pure love of Dr Khan which she never had in her marriage. A marriage to Charles was a nightmare, one of pain and rejection. Beyond the initial attraction to and passion for a certain someone, we have to evaluate how our personal values and cultural norms will or will not mesh. Diana's English friend Jemima Khan also married a Pakistani which ended in divorce bec she couldn't adjust to the lifestyle and culture. Interestingly, Hasnat's family later arranged for him to marry a suitable woman and that lasted only eighteen months. He's now engaged to be married a second time after years of being single.
It depends on the individuals at the end of the day. I know a few Pakistani and Caucasian couples. One of whom has been married for a long time.
I agree that blendable lifestyles are a must for a successful long term relationship.
No matter how much love, respect, and attraction there is, the couple must have shared values and blendable lifestyles. Lifestyles they both agree upon.
It's a tragedy these two lovely people could not do it. I believe she'd be alive today.
Of course, it's easy for me to say she could have scaled back her public humanitarian efforts and settled into the role of a happy surgeon's wife in Pakistan. She'd certainly have had the means to have seen her boys regularly. Were they not away in boarding school?
However, I've read his mother did not approve of the idea of Diana as daughter in law. And I believe the BRF wouldn't have made it easy for her. I do believe Diana would have even converted to Islam to be in a happy loving relationship.
I wonder if she was held back from pursuing the potential of a new life with the Dr by the memory of her mother having left her and her brother in England when they were still children to marry a man and live in a foreign land.
Jemaima divorced Imran Khan because he wanted to join politics and help his country not because of culture. There are Pakistani British couples out there and they are happy. Imran Khan's case was different.

You do realize there are official reasons provided for a breakup as public relations, and then there's the truth which remains private. While Khan only made millions from cricket only. That is no where as close to jemaima. When they got divorced, Khan didn't ask for any money in the court which was shocking as per the reports. That shows his integrity unlike todays couples. He only went back to Pakistan because he wanted to bring change in the country. Right now, he is the most popular politician in Pakistan who even got shot by the opposition and even survived because he threatened the corrupt establishment ruling the country for decades. So you see, his reason for divorce was not wasted. Yes there was some culture issues but for most part he was comfortable like the other Pakistani's living overseas.

Because Hasnat was a private man and made it clear to her he wanted everything to be in private so it doesn’t affect his reputation and work. Paul Burrell even stated she purposefully kissed Dodi to make Hasnat jealous and later called him to ask if Hasnat saw the pictures

I think Hasnat Khan betrayed Diana.Those who love Diana should never forgive him for that. Did he not know from beginning where this affair would end up of course he knew , then why did he let it continue for 2 whole years. If he loved Diana he should married her . He made the right choice to correct his mistakes by letting Diana go but Diana did not want a divorce because she wanted the attention that came with her "victim narrative".
