Anurag Awadhiya.. 1st you have to do proper calibration..and check calibration gas expire date .. while calibration check mV according to chart. mV vs O2 chart ,
Remove TC cable in Transmitter side and apply around 33 mV/750 deg C to Transmitter side. if u r error is reset then check TC is OK or NOT. if TC is OK then check at heater wire you should get around AC voltage 60 to 120VAC. and u can check heater COIL resistance etc.

Dear sir, you not clear, what is the value set at decode board. Can I used veritable resistor alternat decode board
PT1000 RTD used for cold junction compensation, u need to put atmospheric temperature ( the resistance value around 1110 to 1120 ohms)

So simulate the transmitter. then you can find out the problem
