2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge Recipe 🍫 |

Recipe:
1. Take a pan on low flame, add 400gm condensed milk and 1/2 cup dark chocolate. I have used dark chocolate compound. Let it cook till it thickens but make sure it doesn’t burn.
2. Transfer to a bowl or tin lined with some oil or butter and parchment paper. Make sure it is properly lined otherwise your batter will stick to the tin. Top it with any toppings of your choice. Freeze it for atleast 6-8 hours or overnight. Enjoy!

@@aspiring_pilot well, if chocolate and condensed milk is in 1:1 ratio by mass, it wouldn't be sickly sweet, this recipe uses tad too much condensed milk compared to chocolate.

It's dark chocolate, don't you get it? The dark chocolate will balance out the sweet condensed milk.

@@jack20233 I know it's dark chocolate. It's just that 400g condensed milk for approximately 70g chocolate is a bit too sweet in my opinion, not to mention dark chocolate does contain sugar as well. And hey, I'm only stating my opinion, you can go ahead and eat condensed milk on its own and that'd be completely fine by me, I'm not here to police how people should enjoy their confectioneries.

Add butter before adding condensed milk and chocolate or it just become sticky. This is going to be very sweet so it's better to use unsweetened condensed milk and add powdered sugar accordingly because chocolate also has sugar.

How to make water fudge?
Just take ice cubes from refrigerator add it to pan. Boil it on medium flame. And then when water evaporates add water in a some deep utensil and add some cashew and nuts to garnish and keep that in refrigerator.
