TODAY'S RECIPE IS I Mixed Cocoa Powder With Condensed Milk And Was Surprised By The Result!!
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate truffle
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Sift for 2 times
Condensed milk 200gm
Shimmer for 5 min low flame
Transfer into a bowl
Add cocoa powder gradually
Mixture will harden but still be soft
Keep it in the fridge for 30 mins
Make balls
Coat with cocoa powder
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Wow. That's super simple. No need to keep cooking the condensed milk. Just add the cocoa to the warmed c-milk and roll it into balls !!! WOW !! I'd prolly add some coffee powder in there. BTW, 100gms of cocoa powder is 13.5 tablespoons or 1 cup.

I tried this recipe. Very nice. But I used only 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (it requires 1 cup!!). So it's not as chocolatey as I'd like. I also threw in a little butter to make it rich. Next time, I'll use a full cup of cocoa.
