I think no one is really going to understand let alone experience the greatest cultural exchange in history unless you've been there, when BTS went mainstream in America there were a lot of barriers Army had to break down, from the reputation KPOP had to all the racism and discrimination BTS faced... that's why it's disrespectful and annoying for us the mediaplay many KPOP companies do comparing their groups with BTS, when neither their groups nor their fans really know what BTS had to face to be where they are now and to pave the way for an entire industry. Exactly everybody wants to be second BTS or compare that they are bigger than BTS and not agree with the fact that BTS really paved the way for whole k-pop like all the hate they get they don't even deserve that initially when k-pop was new to many BTS get all initial hate and now every band can easily get access to West bcs many people are familiar with k-pop now...but yup no one can become BTS nd that's the fact

Seo Taiji is called the "Father of KPop", because he alone (during his Taiji & Boys band) ushered in the KPop industry. But it was ushered in inadvertently. KPop & BTS would have not existed if Seo Taiji did not exist, let alone do what he did in the early 1990's to facilitate & catalyze what was to become KPop. That is why BTS was very respectful & excited to work with him in 2017, as seen in the video. The song "Come Back Home" is Seo's song from the early 1990's, which was covered by BTS & a few other idols. If you are already aware, Seo is first & foremost a rock & metal musician, but he incorporated (and introduced to South Korea) Hiphop style music which is now a normal genre used in KPop, but yet ironically, KPop uses very very little rock & metal styles. At least for the moment. You have already witnessed here that BTS could potentially adopt a little more rock & metal, apart from a very few of their past music that had slight elements of the rock/metal genres.
I still remember the shock I was in when I heard Seou taeji rapping on TV for the first time. I was so mesmerized I couldn’t sleep that night❤. And now as an ARMY I am soooo proud of my boys😍😍😍

2017 I was sick, 2018 lost my husband 2019 crying alot, 2020 covid, 2021 trying to start over 2022 lost my pittbull all this time bts music made me feel happy, and positive, and funny moments.. thank you

Busan concert is today and watching this video with you guys make me reminisce how far BTS & Armies have become. Truly such a beautiful relationship. I´m watching this reaction like right after knowing the official mandatory enlisment news, and those last words Nanjoon just said at the end of the video, it was OMG! wanna cry... I'll be waiting for them, I just hope that all of them can endure well this military service, because it's well known how some Idols have been treated there, besides cases of depression and anxiety. haters will hate but for me i love BTS because when i was during my darkest time i listened to them and watched their videos which helped me a-lot. It's a pity that this series "THE RISE OF BANGTAN" will end soon... the author promised two more episodes (sort of). It's a pity that this will end... It would be great if someone made a sequel... This series will most likely end in 2018, and there were so many interesting and amazing things in 2019-2022! I hope someone actually makes some kind of "sequel" to this series 🤞🤞🤞

It is not even because I love BTS that I am biased but no human nor a decent person with a day of schooling would utter those kinds of words toward anyone let alone artists. It is one thing they don't like the music or BTS but it is another to spew racist comments and displayed those hateful slurs. But there is those trash in this world unfortunately and the haters going to hate them. Just know that whatever they put out in the universe comes back to them 7 times folds. Look where BTS is right now and how much love they are having right now. Every hater there are millions more loving BTS and no one care about those haters. I used to get so upset at those insults toward BTS that used to bawl my eyes out and had my blood pressure go up, now I just laugh and hum Mic Drop " Do you see my bag Do you see my bagsssssssssssssss"
First of all, can I just say I love your reactions and your channel so much! Literally, you guys are one of my favourite channels to watch when it comes to BTS I've been binge-watching nonstop.💜
This one made me so angry, the comments that were said by these dumbass people that know nothing about Kpop (clearly) pi***d me tf off. They are not shitty at ALL if that were the case their albums wouldn't be brought from all over the world in just minutes, and they wouldn't be loved and supported by so many many people around the world! Anyone can come and try to be BTS but we all know that there's only one BTS.

Ps, I don't know if you've realised this but when they do the hand thing before going to perform and RM say's "Bangtang Sonyeondan" and the rest follow with "Bang Bagtan" Suga never looks at the members or their hands, he always looks away.
I saw somewhere I think it was on TikTok that Suga said that the only time he will ever look at his members is when they decide to disband/go their separate ways.

Jesus Christ, these comments some gave in the video 😳… I had no idea people could be so stupid, ignorant and hateful when it comes to music and performers. I thought you either liked or disliked a certain type of music, but to hate on the performers like that 😱🤷♀️… I discovered BTS this year. I’m 47 (🇸🇪). Of course I knew of them but I finally decided to check them out more thoroughly, thinking there has to be much more to them since they’re such a huge group (as in being known). To my everlasting surprise, but probably not for those already fans, I fell for them. I don’t need to explain why. But if I hadn’t liked what I heard or saw, I would NEVER EVER express myself the way these people in the video did. Profoundly disrespectful.
