Here is my DSLR Camera Handheld & Shoulder Rig for any DSLR or a Fujifilm X-T3 and the Atomos Ninja V Monitor. This setup is usable and customizable for any camera like the Sony A7iii, Panasonic GH5 or the Canon Eos R. Just buy the right Smallrig Cage for your camera and you can starting building your favorite and best rig / setup for your needs.
Personally Im very happy and found the best battery & power solution for my Fujifilm camera system for the Fuji XT3 while using the Atomos Ninja V monitor and recorder. I love the camera rig for video, cinematic shot for filmmaking and the dslr camera cage. DSLR Video Shooter helped me a lot to get started with this rig. ;) Thanks, buddy!

I've been wondering about those npf batteries for the exact purpose with my gh5. I wish the ninja had a built in DC out bit might give this a go. Thanks!

Which lens do you suggest for hand held?

Im using the 23mm 1.4 fujifilm! with the rig its pretty good and in slowmotion its in general no problem to use lenses handheld. The more focal length 50 and up you have the more shaky gets the image. Without Image Stabilization its hard to use them handheld without shaky results and no slowmotion in post!
