All informations are awesome, apart from anabolic window ( have to eat within one hour, 20 mins ). Study recent researches, it will help you and after workout you said you others drink protein drinks, but instead you should drink water or coconut water, protein drink is completely different from water or coconut water, here you are comparing them both and again you are saying with 20 min you have to consume any food that is healthy for muscle recovery( protein drink is gud for muscle recovery), so it’s confusing a lot, seems like you are confused too,
Plan accordingly before content delivery and also study about which food is better for muscle recovery and what food should be taken post workout. You can get lots of informations. All the best guys

It is a myth that you need to consume protein/food within "one hour" after completing the workout. This was promoted by food industry so that you buy their supplements for "post workout" or else you will lose your gains. Research shows that the Muscle Protein synthesis will be active upto 48 hours post the workout. Hence your overall intake in a day matters and not specific time of the day.
Also please correct your information about drinking water. You need to drink sip by sip as and when required during the workout . If you drink more water then the energy/blood/oxygen gets diverted from the working muscles to the stomach so that it can process the water and it leads to inefficient workout and not better workout. you need as much as energy/blood/oxygen going to the working muscles for an effective workout. However, if you are thirsty during the workout you need to consume water. But in very less quantities.
