The location of this hotel is not far from the Phuket Old town. However, transportation is still needed. If you can drive a car and plan to visit many places in Phuket, I would suggest to rent a car from the airport. This way will be cheaper than other private limousine or Taxi. But if you want to spend most of the time in the hotel or plan to do island hopping using a Taxi will be the right choice for you.

I love Westin hotels chain, but this one need more care maybe because of the "plandemic" hopefully they refurbished it by now.
