New Beasts of Chaos for Age of Sigmar? Morghur Gavespawn coming in 4th Edition?

- I may be reading too much into this, but it looks highly plausible that a new Beasts of Chaos faction might be coming to Age of Sigmar. They've based a faction around Old World special characters before, and this seems like a strong hint that they might re-invent the Beasts of Chaos faction for Age of Sigmar in this edition!

Dude, what the hell is wrong with hope? Plus, there's plot hook, and then there's name checking one of the biggest characters in Beasts lore in the Old World.
I feel like that piece of lore is just there way of leaving the door open for Beasts Of Chaos to return in the future if they want them too. But who knows. I do have another theory though too that we may have to bring up on the next podcast. We shall see.

Yes!! I had forgotten that list, but yeah that's kind of what I am expecting Morghur Spawn to be.
So, on a completely different topic... but linked to this speculation... what’s the possibility that GW is planning to do a new line of Duardin models for Cities, since the Dispossessed are still in the index? And what happens to models like the gyrocopters and steamtank? Surely Cities and OW Empire can’t be allowed to share these models. GW is such a mess. Clearly the management has fallen to Chaos.
GW are constantly leaving hits to many possible factions. We could potentially see in the future.
Yeah, but this one name checks one of the biggest names in Beasts of Chaos lore in the Old World. He's also the only Beasts character from the Old World to get name checked in Age of Sigmar.
The beasts of Chaos range has - not - left Age of Sigmar. "Is eventually leaving" would be more accurate.
They announced it would be retired (moved into legend) in Q2 2025. Until then, then range is still fully supported and tournament-valid.
Yeah, there are only two items in the Beasts of Chaos section on the GW website though. I did wonder if they would just move it all wholesale to the Old World section.
