    Hope you can make cassava pone. Grated cassava, grated coconut, essence, ground spice, sugar and a pinch of black peeper, Mix with water, bake in the oven until brown and sides can leave the pan. Yummy. The crisp edges are the best.

    In my country the cassava leaves are out staple vegetables..very high in iron..makes amazing stew with oxtail or dry fish

      My Salone friends used to cook that in the UK and it was so good!
