- Hi watch fam! Checking in with review of the of the Tissot PRX 35mm GOLD Tone with the Powermatic 80 automatic movement after 2 months on the wrist! In my experience the 35mm is a great size for men!
A stunning gold tone statement piece for any collection and perfect affordable alternative to the Vacheron Constantin 222! Definitely a bit overhyped/marketed, but definitely not overrate, and worthy of its praise! The best affordable automatic sports watch under $1000!
Watch specs:
Dial - 35mm (Sapphire crystal)
Movement - Powermatic 80 (modified ETA 2824)
Power reserve - ~80 hours
Strap - Integrated bracelet with quick release. Brushed with butterfly clasp

Terrific wrist shots of this beauty!
Beautiful watch
Would the PVD coating wear off eventually? Interested to see a long term review
I think it is stunning!
Fantastic review, thank you.
I'm sold on this model. I just need to find one in town so i can buy it!
i have a couple of 35 mm (and have a 7.5-8 inch wrist) it is perfect... i can also use the 40 mm easily, but I prefer the vintage (and original) 35 mm version :)
Wonder how the pvd will hold up over time ?
Love that they did the smaller versions. And the gold variant looks great!
Absolutely, fantastic fit and finish on the wrist too! Cheers!
@@lecocktailtime it has a bigger dial than the rolex right?
I think the 35 sizing is a classic look for a gold watch
Stunner indeed! Can’t go wrong with a classic mid sized case, cheers!
3:07 what size is the datejust and prx in this shot? 40 and 40? Or 36 and 35
Thats a 116234 Datejust 36, which is closer to a 38mm watch in wear. The PRX 35mm but wears like a 36mm
i like
Any sponsors
Get the 40mm and it can double as a plate to eat off of. It's big enough😂😂😂
Do some mirror shots...I bought into the "35mm isnt too small!" rhetoric. It was TINY! Looked great in pictures, but terrible in the mirror and in person. My gf thought it was a women's watch! My advice: 7in and above, go with the 40mm.
I don't understand comments like these. So you only look at pictures and then order a $800 watch online? Why not go to a store to try it on before buying
Honestly 6.5 wrists should also rock the 40mm already
change that girl
Thanks ! 40mm it is
Totally disagree... I have 7.5-8 inch wrist and enjoy the 35 mm much more than my 40 mm... if it was a diver, then yes - but it's a casual sports/dress watch... but i guess it takes a real man to not look like a woman just because he wears a small watch ...
the waffle dial is terrible
How so?
How? Need to learn about this shit
@@frblaze2 well it just looks like shit
@@aesric really, just in real life or even on pictures you knew from the start it would be garbage?
@@frblaze2 real life. I got deceived by pictures
