@@BlackKoshinomi True. The people who actually put a lot of effort and spend weeks, sometimes even months get way less views than people who just make random stuff in a few days. It's sad.
the reason is pretty simple. most people already watched the show a long time ago and found the songs long ago. or they bought them else where and don't need to listen to them on youtube.

@@jam4701 Near just got lucky that Light got arrogant as well as using L and Mello's work for himself and he himself knew this. Light was cocky and thought by killing L he would never be challenged again, but Near used L's findings and Mello effectively.

@@discoverdj3191 More or less. Each character has a different personality and the sum of them all makes this a good anime. Light is a good character but towards the end of the story, with *SPOILERS* L's death boosting his ego, he just becomes annoyingly selfish and bitter.

This pic in background has so many depo meanings, when L died kira ruled for years and killed people and nobody was able to oppose kira.....it was all darkness then near came as form of new hope and as you can see in the pic darkness is everywhere but there is a little flash of light coming in form of hope
And this new hope is also bright, Near, the savior of a suffering world

It's not that this song has less views, it's just made for LEGENDS.
Near is a Genius also because he understands the fact that L is far superior than him. Maybe, among the three, L, Mello and Near, due to being the last out of capital letter he may be the less intelligent one. But Near calculates everything even the fact that he isn't as genius as L was. He always wanted to cooperate with Mello. Even so, he knows that he is special. Near was the only one who could defeat Kira.

I think near is a very cool character: rational, emotionless and logical. It's obvious that L was way more superior to him, even if we count the duo with him and Mello, but I really like his rational approach. He could be a really good mathematician, physician or engineer. It's a shame that the anime didn't made justice and didn't made a more complex development of his personality.
