Whether you love Light or hate him, one thing is clear: this theme is beautiful

YES.
I love him as a character, but by the end of the anime he's absolutely despicable as a person. You could say the road to hell is paved with good intentions, but it only takes the second episode to see what _actually_ motivates Light: Ego. An unwavering belief that he, and only he, can decide good and evil, and unlike a more mature person, who in killing criminals for a perceived greater good might acknowledge that people would reject his morals and think him evil, Light freaks out and tries to kill the first person to publicly call him out (Lind L Taylor).
He's an interesting character and a terrible person trying to masquerade his god complex as 'justice'. Not that anyone wouldn't be somewhat corrupted by the Death Note.

Light have always been the most scary character I've seen in any show including real life
I think that goes for Leloch and Eren as well but Light is my ultimate favourite 😎.
Scariest is definitely Lelouch. When he took advantage of the Nippon disaster I kept wondering whether this guy was even human or not.

Eren is a villain, straight up doing his actions from pure rage, a nazi leader through and through
Light on the other hand, truly has a god complex, where he believes he's actually a god above all men, and i tell you he's above men in the brains department no doubt, he's truly 2 faced, and never feels guilty about being that way unlike lelouch, light is a true genius who was out of the world's league, and he demonstrated that throughout the entire show, L's only leads came from light trying to show off his power, to become a symbol of fear for all humanity

A lot of what gives this song it's mysterious, 'unresolved' feeling is the time signature. It's in 7/8. Really a smart move by the composer

Death note in anime is like a christopher nolan film in Hollywood. Everything about it is timeless and iconic . The music, from background to a character's theme music , the writing, the storytelling, the cinematography, the voice actors , animation (considering it was 2006 , doesn't feel old at all) , the pace , development, everything. Emotional attachment to chatacters. Everything really

Во вторых, я совсем недавно досмотрел тетрадь смерти и могу с уверенностью сказать, что Лайт был прав, Ниа и Мэлло никогда не сравнятся с L, им чертовски повезло в ряде моментов, особенно в финале, где x-kira взял на себя инициативу и действовал без ведома Лайта, из-за него Ниа узнал о том, что тетрадь x-kira была поддельной, а значит план Лайта сработал бы, стоило лишь x-kira не предпринимать ничего самому.

Light theme is like an extremely smart villain thinking music
Whenever I hear Lights theme I think of everything bad that is rotting our world. Crime, War, etc. And it gives me the feeling that I am the chosen one who needs to stop it. Next day I wake up with no recovery and still think about it. There is no escape unless it all comes to an end and I live my happy life like before.

lights original theme feels very depressing tbh. Like 90% of this soundtrack.
makes me feel many things but there is some sadness and sorrow in it. just like when i listen to rumbling from attack on titan s4 or bleach 2nd or 13th opening.
these are more than just a song, an ideology, a perspective, many emotions, an entire world in different colors. where the colors highlight different things and make it seem completely different even if you are looking at the same picture.
A part of me, a shard of the many broken pieces that make me who iam. Thats what this song means to me at least. the embodiment of a deep desire and the struggle of being a human.
