This song gives me so many emotions, it makes me think about a conversation of our adult self with our scared inner child who is in process to overcome life’s hurdles. An inner child therapy. 💛 It has become my favorite song, can’t stop listening

This song is the hardest hitting of OTM. It's like a spacier companion piece to L'Inconnue

I think she’s describing different kind of stars here. Red stars with the imagery of rubies, white stars with diamonds, moonlight is for blue stars and sunshine for yellow ones. Their light takes 10-15 billion years to reach Earth, so every each of them bring “centuries of light”.
I think moonlight just represents moonlight since it's already cosmic but I still love the theory and your name checks out lol.

wow... what an experience. Thanks Beach House! Watched you guys live at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery once, and I will never forget, what a moment in space and time that was. Felt like higher beings were around to enjoy it too. (Thinking about it, the concert was at a Cemetery, maybe a lot of the souls still in the place appreciated the vibes very much... just pure light)
Been a fan pretty much since the start and I really do think Once Twice Melody might be their best album yet. So many indie bands from the 00s slowly fizzled out but Beach House just been over here getting better and more musically intricate with every record!

The dichotic mix of ballad and synth is a joy to behold. They are the exponents of pure musical class wheñ they start spinning that lyrical love wheel. Maryland's finest export since..er McNulty's wake on The Wire. Sorry Maryland, sure you have other redeeming qualities.
Thanks for the tip on Lonely Gimmick, your synopsis is spot on. The vocalist sounds like lead singer from OMD. If you haven't heard them listen to Enola Gay. Very upbeat synth sounds. Great name by the way, Elijah Finch.

Beach House Is honestly amazing. Can’t say I’ve been the longest fan (Checked out their music because of The Weeknd) but I’m glad I did. They manage to provoke all sorts of emotions in a beautiful way

I absolutely HATED this song when it first came out, due to pushing limits of reverb. But the more I listen it just keeps getting better and better... One of the best BH songs ever.

This, when I heard the song inmediantly thought on some version of that Christmas carol - "Silent Night" haha
Dont get me wrong the whole album is magnificent right now but none of the song hits me this kinda hard. The last time I had this feeling was when they throw Lemon Glow but this song nothing similar to they have done before. It hooked me!
The song feels like a whole section without chorus and bridges. The feel of the repetitive beats and lyrics get yours brain and never let go. And when the song ends suddenly, you find yourself crushing the replay buttons. Actually the great part starts right here because songs feels like in a loop itselfs.
I dont know what we are gonna expect from last part but this is my favorite song by far.
