Matumbo is offals or intestines, ugali is mingled maize bread/posho popular in East Africa like Jolofu in West Africa.

East Africa and South Africa though under different names but same thing, Ugali in kenya ,sima in Tanzania, Nzima in zambia, pap in south Africa. All same thing

Ugali looks like it’s poorly cooked and too hard. Even the greens don’t look well cooked. Must be a Kikuyu who cooked that food
