Hi Viktor I have a ES 350 2012 and the wipers stopped working mid stroke. I can hear the motor turning and when I moved the wipers by hand they both moved together. What do you think the problem might be ?
Most likely the linkage is broken, or maybe the motor shaft snapped or something along those line. It is pretty quick and easy to pull the wiper arms and plastic cowl off and take a look. Process will be fairly similar to what is shown in this video.

Turned out one of the arm joint came out. Tapped it back in and we are good to go. But for how long? Thanks your video really helped me get an idea of the issue before I even opened the hood.

Can I ask you why did you replace the wiper motor? was it just broken or?
I am asking because I have this strange issue with my RX450h 2010. A lot of lights are flashing on my dash its and on the info display it says "DSS1, AIR SUSPENSION, FR.ACT.STABI and RR.ACT STABI" The crazy thing is when I unplug the wiper motor it will disappear and the car will act normal :)
I was wondering if you had experienced the same issue. just want to be sure before I order a new wiper motor.

I have not seen that particular issue before. I removed and reinstalled the wiper motor/linkage for the purpose of making the video, there was no problem with it.
ah ok! Yeah weird electric issue was hoping it was just my 12v battery. Thanks anyway for replying and helpful videos!@@Viktor_G_Automotive
