Yo I'm a fan of his music when he came out with his album a few yrs ago I bought one signed singer he said he would only have a few sighned i think it was like 100 he said he was gonna sighn and sell and i got one but I never received it lol I would hit him up for it n it took a whole yr+ and me keep hitting him up to try and get the money or the CD back😅😅 I hit him up for him to just give me my money back and he was hesitate and just keep saying he'll send the cd out,a few more months but u did get it after a yr and a half.. the crazy part is that shit I thought since I been waiting and he kept forgetting or whatever he cooked off atheist send me a few Merch for the wait 😅😅 but oh well but dang he do give reason to why he didn't send but still he a busy man and I don't hate on him I do like his music💯💯

That's how you get return customers and you expand your business. How do I know? I'm a teacher but took upper business courses at the university level. I knew business would be in my future. My wife and I run a very successful e-commerce business from home. In a year, we will hit 1M in total sales. I have a notebook with everyone's name that orders from me. This is weekly. We have different apps, and I send links so that we communicate in a private group through an app. There's no excuse for Misfit not to communicate with people. There's different ways, and it can be done.
