loving his low key strengths just like OG. Can't believe how they gelled with Knicks so quickly.
@@edp2506He was mostly a throw-in with the OG trade, but he’s really bought into this team. Maybe it’s because he’s from NYC, but he’s really brought a lot of tenacity that I don’t take for granted. Hartenstein, Robinson, Achiuwa, all of these guys have a real argument for starting. Even Jericho Sims when he gets minutes he really hustles and gives effort. I’m really proud of our team. Even if we lose to the Celtics, I couldn’t be happier as a Knicks fan. We just need a real backup to Donte or an all-star SG and we’d be a complete team. Ironically, Donovan Mitchell would be perfect. The future is real bright, and I’m loving these playoffs. I hope we go far.
@@Odysseus1999 If you watch this team, we don't need another ball dominant player like Mitchell. We need TJ McConnel. JB plays a ton of minutes and once Julius is back, we don't have enough balls to go around if Mitchell were a part of the team as well. McConnell has shown he'd be a perfect fit on this team. Tough, plays defense, hustles and the guy can plain dish it and score. He'd be the ideal addition to this team. Once JB sits, the teams offense goes in the tank. McConnell would be an ideal seamless fit that wouldn't mess with the amazing team chemistry this team has.

Thibs changed the Knicks since becoming head coach in 2020. 3 out of 4 seasons we've made the playoffs.

“Next man up” isn’t a cliche with this team. We really don’t give up and we support each other. This team has high aspirations. Everyone in the locker room has a common goal. We get 100% effort from Brunson all the way down to the last guy on the bench. Even when Achiuwa hasn’t played a lot during these playoffs he comes in and leaves it all on the floor.

Next man up mentality but Thibs come on man, you have to use your bench in this series, put in Alec Burks, Jericho Sims, somebody honestly, cause if we lose OG Anunoby in this series, you're gonna have to play these guys sooner or later
