Just reached S+ Belial after 400 fights myself, the only tip I can add that haven't been shown in the video are that 5H and both of 2L and 2M are really strong neutral options that you can chain into fireball or Asmodeus.
Or more well known in the community as Belial's Gay Neutrals.
