- One of the top requests in the last Assassin's Creed video I did this for was "who's the most introverted assassin?" So here you go...In this video I compare the assassins of Assassin's Creed on how Introverted they are...this should be interesting...

Finally someone who understands Connors character, dude gets so much unnecessary hate.

Ezio is a piece of sh- close to connor
I feel like it’s Connor and it’s not even a close competition. He’s so introverted, quiet, and stoic that he faced (and still faces) criticism to this VERY DAY because people mistake him for being one-dimensional. The only people he’s seen extensively interacting with consistently are Achilles (literally his adoptive father) and Haytham (his biological father). Everyone else, he just does services/conducts business with them-though he’s closer with the other Homesteaders than most.
Very much the kind of man to only speak when spoken to, and he won’t even say much unless, again, you’re Achilles or Haytham.
Yeah I agree with some of the things you said, but altair have you ever seen him smiling or laughing with someone? Connor really had a fun time with the homestead poeple and expressed many emotions.
@@leevi.r We didn’t get as much time or depth with Altaïr to be honest, though I wish we had so his true personality would really shine. He was always just moving from city to city, beating up informants, stealing important maps and letters, talking to the bureau people-rinse and repeat. I always figured his stoicism and lack of bonds were simply a product of the kind of game/story he appeared in.

@@hog1198in the assassin's creed game for the PSP, I think it was Bloodlines? He's a lot more talkative to Maria he's also kind of a bookworm since he's been studying the apple. Can't remember if he smiles or has 'fun' in the whole game but his whole personality is a kinda more upbeat

As an INFP 9w1 I can Understand Conner VERY much. When I learned people hate conner I started wondering if people hate me too, because I literally cannot hold a conversation with a stranger, and I just have very dry and cold interactions with people I'm not close to.
it's 1000% Altair. usually there are like 2-3 possible answers to these videos but in this one it can only be Altair. if you forced each assassin to live completely alone in an abandoned village for like 4 months, a few would be somewhat ok with it, others would probably go crazy after a while but Altair? he'd be like "excellent. more time for research, writing, studying and honing my skills without distractions." Connor is pretty introverted but Altair is on another level.

Lol, yeah. I used to roll my eyes at Jacob's lines. I couldn't even force myself to believe that this guy could be the leader of the Assassins in the most powerful city in the world.

One of the many reasons I love this series is because I’m introverted and hate socializing I’d rather be inside playing assassins creed I’m also Native American and love to wear hoods I think I’m on to something

Yes exactly. I really did enjoy while playing AC games escpecially 3 when I was a kid about 10 years ago since I didn't have a friends at least so many, and could not go to play to park for examble.
Connor doesn’t trust easy, but the homestead missions do show his gentler side. He gives people who don’t necessarily have a place in colonial society a home, helps them when they have problems and they in return trust him and treat him as a proper member of the community he can let down his emotional guard with. He even gives one of them away at their wedding because of the position he’s earned and he doesn’t shy away from it.
Don’t forget the first time he met people outside of his tribe, he thought they burned down his village

I love how important to the character these traits are for an assassin. Ezio acts like a Bruce Wayne where Connor will act like Batman. Then Assassins like Arno can do both, he goes from an extrovert to an introvert in Dead Kings. What do you guys like more, introverted or extroverted?

When I saw the most introverted, Connor invaded me immediately. Now I started playing AC3 again and I have to agree with you. And it's very good detail that Connor doesn't like people touching him.
I definitely think there should be a “who has the best physique” and include every protagonist

I’m not gonna lie, I would say Altair is the most introverted. Until he got way older and became a mentor. Because yeah Connor is for sure introverted but he did create a whole community in the homestead with the homestead missions and created bonds with all the villagers. Not to mention that he too became a mentor as he got older as well, I believe. And then there’s the bonds he made with his crew on the naval missions. He started out alone more yeah, but he really did learn to become a more efficient assassin through his bonds with people as well. While Altair was consumed with the apple of Eden and seemed to talk more with the other assassins when he came to take back the brotherhood from Abas in AC revelations.
Hard disagree.
Even with the homestead missions, Connor was still distant to the rest. He wasn't as lively or vibrant personality wise, instead he kind of felt like a wall in these communities, building them up with his foundation and letting them live as they see it. That's part of his stoic, introverted personality
A common aspect among more introverted people is to tend to work more on stimuli from within rather than seeking them outside. Another issue is shyness. Connor largely rejects physical contact with strangers because of the abuse and aggression he suffered in his adolescence, which reinforced his introversion and character along with the education he received from Achilles, but as he grows older he is more reserved and suspicious than shy.
Connor is quiet and reserved, but he's mostly just socially awkward and he enjoys the company of his recruits and fellow settlers. Altair, on the other hand, simply doesn't interact with people for any reason other than duty. there's no way that Connor is more introverted than Altair
I think Jacob and Arno are very similar to me, in this case. Like Jacob, I speak without thinking, but I have a "small circle" of friends like Arno.

I think i relate to Connor the most i do like my personal space and when i ask nicely to the people that is my opposite most of them would gaslight me as if i pressed the nuke button and the destination is where i am standing taking the people out along with me (INTROVERTS ARE NOT EVIL YOU KNOW!)

I think Altair is naturally more introverted than Connor, Connor is just more reserved and has some sort of touch-aversion because of a more traumatic background. Altair grew up with the Assassins (which, cold blooded killers or not, are still a community) and it's clear he is way more of a lone wolf than any other.
Connor is introverted, that is a fact, but we saw him as a kid and how he was somewhat social, and when he's interacting with people and he's not out of his element (his village and homestead), he shows a way more talkative side than Altair ever did, and yes, i know that it is common with all introverts, we like to talk a lot to people really close to us, but Altair seemingly doesn't want to socialize even with those close to him, so he not only is naturally very introverted, but he is also somewhat anti-social (which could all just be consequences of his father and past lover's deaths and he wasn't supposed to be that introverted naturally).

I get that's kind of hard to quantify,but at least to me it's kind of like who's most likely to stick true to their word,to fight their opponent head on in a fair fight,showing mercy to whose that deserve it,etc.

I’d say Evie and Altaïr. Not really Connor because I think he’s just socially awkward not introverted, I mean look at the homestead missions. Evie isn’t socially awkward but she prefers working alone or with Henry and even keeps a notebook (big introvert thing). And Altaïr is pretty self explanatory.

Altair and Connor are easily the top picks for most introverted Assassins. Both were brought up in pretty secluded communities, both like to mostly work alone, and both chose to mainly keep to themselves.
Altair and Connor are tied in my opinion.

About not touching Connor, the devs purposefully did this feature with Connor. I know it was purposeful as when you watch AC3 Trailer Connor gets stopped and touched, so as usual Connor wacks the guys hand away so he can ride that horse and do his thing.
Its a bit more than that,he was sexually complete inexperienced so he doesnt feel comfortable to touching.
I was very much like him,took a lot of female contact for me to relax a bit,before that i pulled away uncomfortably.
I said "sexually completely inexperienced" cause i hate the v word being used on men,it doesnt make sense for males due to how different it is(women experience physical changes,men dont)and sounds demeaning.

The successful it's not about the scale their achievement in their life, Like Ezio and Connor rebuild the creed, but about their personal goal that make them take a path of assassin, Like Connor to protect his people, Arno for Elise or Bayek for revenge, and how well they achieve it in the end.

That's one thing I always got annoyed with about AC3. I'm a big introverted person myself so I completely understood Connor's reaction when it came down to random people touching him. Everytime I saw it in the game I would get irritated. 🤦🏽♂️

It’s refreshing to have one of these videos not call Jacob an idiot.
I’d say he fits more the sad clown character type, hiding insecurities with a brash personality. He’d feel like he was in Evie’s shadow since siblings do sometimes draw comparison with each other, twins especially, and she was definitely the bookworm more knowledgeable about the history of the Creed. It’s telling that despite Jacob’s eagerness to form a gang he doesn’t create any meaningful connections with individuals in the Rooks.

i just love how false gamers expose themselves so quickly as soon as they say the words "connor is borning, ezio is the best."
connor saw his mom DIE RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM AS A CHILD, he was closed off for most of his life, and because false gamers clearly never played the homestead missions, connor opened up a bit in the homestead and showed emotions, he also did that with achilles and haytham. but other times he was closed off and quiet. he was not emotionless, he just chose to hide his emotions.

Best/cleanest combat techniques?
For Altaïr the closest thing he had to a childhood friend became his bitterest enemy because of how their fathers died. Abbas’s father killed himself in front of a young Altaïr believing he’d been the reason Altaïr’s father died, Abbas being lied to that his father was simply away. When Altaïr told Abbas the the truth Abbas took it badly, believing Altaïr to be lying and motivating him to hate Altaïr. Accidentally alienating a Brother, it’s no wonder Altaïr wasn’t openly friendly.
